Dummi Moment - 2022-09-08
Exactly today (8/09/2022) around 10:30 or so, I had been waiting in line to collect my parcel and I went to the left counter, an old woman with short curly blonde hair assisting me. I had read and done at this exact same place before that 2 VALID forms of ID can be credit card and Medicare card. I used both here previously and it was great. But this time I used it and this old woman gave me a very hurtful look, rolled her eyes, slumped back, and let out a big sigh of disappointment and said she ‘won’t’ accept my 2 VALID forms of ID (along with the card that was left in my mailbox) and said I must have something with my face and address on it, and asked if I lived at home and if I lived with my mother. Once I said yes to both she said that my mother must come with me then to finally receive my package. My mother came and helped me and we went to the right side desk with a younger woman with long brown hair who happily helped us PROPERLY. The service I received by the older woman was extremely disgusting.
