The gentleman were so helpful with me packing some glass jars to post interstate. When I couldn't get them to fit into a large box, I missed that they had extra large. I picked up a huge size box. They came out from the service area to show me the extra large size and showed me that bubble wrap has tear hole.

Daniel and crew are all very friendly and welcoming. We have no complaint about the service when you are in the Post Office. However, they can improve their customer service by answering their phone. I don't know why they bother posting a phone number on their website when they are just going to ignore callers anyway. With the current COVID-19 climate, it would help parents with small children, elderly and other customers who calls them for simple queries without having to go there and crowd the small area.

They’ve put someone behind the counter who doesn’t understand a word of English. My girlfriend asked for a Photo ID Card. They could simply say we don’t provide that service here. But instead they took a photo of my girlfriend, they charged her $17 for it and didn’t even apologise for not being able to help or even thank her after her payment was approved. Australia Post should really review this business’s performance because I read other reviews and lots of other customers had bad experiences as well.

Just had passport photos taken for myself and 2 children. Really great service and lovely shots of the kids... mine could have done with some “photoshopping” but that wasn’t the photographers fault(!) 😉

Rude, lacking basic customer skills and tried to overcharge me on international post. I am not one to call people up on english skills but level is worrying considering they are handling a lot of mail. I read these reviews before going to the shop but turns out they were exactly on point. Save yourself the hassle and go to another post office

In the last 10-12 months, every time I try to call the post office in Karawara Waterford Plaza, it goes straight into fax or just disconnects! Is Post Office not taking calls any more and they want us to go to the office every time we have a simple question???

So i accidentally throwed some receipt that is needed for the document and the staff ask me to take it back for the rubbish bin out of a pile of junks. End up they actually have a spare copy and i don't need to do that, didn't even apologize, rubbish staffs and customer services.
