Australia post really need to look at employing more staff as existing members are not sufficient enough to cover the whole region. Parcels comes till Perth pretty fast, then it takes ages to process from perth to home. Tired of waiting for parcels.

They gave my parcel to the wrong person who I did not even know. He/she even signed for it, apparently under a totally different name as mine. It means they even didn't ask the ID to check. When I tried to collect my parcel previously, they were so strict towards me.
