Very bad customer service. The staff treat you by looking at your skin colour. Racist vibes as soon as they see you. They are always moody and no skills of customer service. When I called the Australia post main line they checked and told me if the child can hold the head up they are able to take the passport photos. When I walked in and asked for this service, they looked at me and told me No straight away. But so many other Australia post outlets offer this service. Never ever go here ! These people need to learn to treat everyone equally.

Every time I go here the uppity women behind the counter act like it's a huge problem for them to have to deal with me and look for ways to make it difficult. Get a job elsewhere if you hate helping customers. Notice how half the reviews say they are really nice and half say they are horrible. I wonder how they decide who to treat professionally and who to be rude to? Look at the line up of staff there and make up your own mind.

Very friendly and helful. I have often used the parcel locker service to pick things up after hours. My very occasional visits during business hours have been pleasant, with short queues and postal officers who greeted me with a smile and helped promptly and efficiently.

Went to lease an PO BOX, first they gave me a form to fill, secondly after filling the form waited for 10 mins in que, and lady at the counter took my form and she got lost and she had no idea what to do, she went to her colleagues and asked her and then she came back to me with the answer that we are under staff due to bla bla bla , and she said can you come after 2:30 pm. I was the only customer in store and 3 of her colleagues were serving other 2 customers but no one was waiting behind me. She said it’s going to take a while to apply for PO BOx. Better come after 2:30. She had no answer when I asked why you r telling me to come after 2:30 wherein no one is waiting behind me. Anyways left the store and went to caroline springs store and they gave me new PO box right away with the same application form. Within 5 mins my work was done in caroline springs . They lost my buisness forever. Absolutely zero stars for Melton store.

The lady who helped us today was incredibly kind and helpful. While my wriggly, runaway, mess making 17 month old was doing his best to make it difficult she went out of her way to make it easier to pack and send an international parcel and I am abundantly grateful. (I know i could've have made it easier for myself if the pram hadn't accidentally gone with hubby to work and i did fix his mess before leaving)

With so many packages never being delivered and this ships hours only burning business hours on weekdays how are normal people expected to pick up packages. No weekend service is just poor service from the already poor service from Australia Post.

If I could give a score of no stars I would! I am still waiting on an envelope of forms that are essential to my payments from Centrelink. They were posted on Thursday 3rd of June from Matchworks in Melton (their office is closed because of lockdown so I can't go and pick them up myself, otherwise I would) to my address also in Melton, today is Wednesday 9th of June, they still haven't arrived! I'm still waiting on my original supply of hearing aid batteries posted three weeks ago from Werribee!! I had to re-call my provider and they sent another supply via Express Post, they turned up, but the envelope was torn!! My parcels arrive damaged or left outside in full view of the street, this has happened four times!! One of which I know was stolen as the items inside turned up a few days later in a plastic bag!! Apparently whoever stole them didn't want what was inside!! Great job Australia Post.... NOT!!

3 years ago Terrible online service contacted about 20 times regarding Return to Sender aka Mail Retrieval claim for an expensive item. Every single time I called i get told same the different eg sorry only on same day can we retrieve, you know it's not 100% guaranteed everytime, I don't want to charge fee if it isn't guaranteed, they don't write everything down, when i told them what previous person said they refused to believe me like i was making it up, was given 5 different reference numbers, one lady was so rude saying that if i don't explain the situation after giving reference number that she'd hang up on me, we'll call you once it arrives, 100% guaranteed I'll send you tracking number after sent, got sent to qld by mistake which takes 5-7 days, it then had to be sent to nsw but wouldn't update tracking as which took 3-5days also didn't say delivered, 2months later they found item, never called me back to say it was found even though they kept telling me not to call and nothing to update me with, i said i keep calling because of uncertainty and misinformation, i was told 100% I'll call you back, i said you could be lying to me right now she said no, 3 weeks later no call i had to call and it was found and sent back which i had to call back to confirm it was sent and get tracking,

I usually visits another post office in woodgrove, visited here for the first time for application, must say far far better service standards, very friendly staff and they are pretty quick to move the que. Moreover so easy to access. Nice big store comparatively. Definitely got level up.

Very disappointed with the service. I have had two incidents so far. The first being trying to get a passport for my daughter. I was told that my passport was not enough evidence for citizenship even though I had called the passport office to check to see if I could use it. I was rejected at melton high Street and told it wasn't enough, drove to Woodgrove and they accepted the passport application and evidence and the passport was processed no issues. The second incident I have had is with a parcel which was directed to a parcel locker. It was not put in the parcel locker and sent a email saying to collect it from the shop. I sent my husband down to collect it as I work fulltime and was unable to get it. The website states that if the same address as the parcel is on the ID he would be able to collect it. The post shop would not give him the parcel saying first its in the locker you need a code, he exshowed them the letter and still they would not give it to him even when they said they had brought it in. So even though the website stated he could they wouldn't allow him to. To top it off they are currently closed saturdays and now have no way of collecti my parcel
