Maybe learn how a mypost business account works next time. Tried to explain any difference in weights will be billed to my mypost account but was rudely cut off instead and they refused to take packages. Kurri had no problem accepting them. It literally explains on the mypost website that sellers get billed for the difference in weight if noted.

Over half a hour wait just to ask a simple Question and still waiting they'll probably answer when it's close time ridicules other post office numbers go to the derect line. these guys.... straight to 10 different things to try and get through. you can't even get through 😡 and the staff ...... have alittle more custmore service . smile ... so sad

The staff are always nice and place is well presented in a lovely building BUT recently found out that they no longer open on a Saturday so heaven help you if you work all week and need to pick up a package which greatly affects the service.

Not being able to go to this office on a Saturday is massively inconvenient. I've been sent an item that I have to pick up personally which I planned to do today - instead I'm looking at a locked door. I don't work locally and can't just pop by in my lunch break, nor can I send anyone else. I'm really not sure why AusPost are touting themselves as the delivery experts and that they're making everything easier for its customers, when this massive roadblock halts that everytime.

EDIT 28/03/21 The miserable older staff thankfully seem to be gone & much nicer staff now working there, I'm now a regular, as opposed to driving extra distance to avoid them. So previously 2 stars now 4 Old review: Beautiful old building, a shame the staff are such rude miserable people. I spend the extra few minutes driving to greenhills auspost just to get a friendly face & happy service. Feels like I'm attending a funeral when entering Maitland post office.

Staff member was not friendly, or helpful and couldn't smile if she won the lotto. Reminded me of the old school librarian that we all used to avoid. I will only go in if I really have to.
