If your mail is being incorrectly directed then contact auspost to have it corrected. The Post Office is not at fault as you have jumped to a conclusion and incorrectly blamed this business.

Worst customer service ever, I went there to send a parcel a few minutes before 5:30 but was sent back by that rude lady with the short hair. The lady said they wanted to go somewhere and they wouldn’t accept our parcel. I wouldn’t recommend this post office for future transaction.

The lady with short hair was very rude to the customers and had an attitude for no reason. A customer asked for batteries and she replied “we’re not a grocery store” in the most rudest tone ever there was no need for that and even after saying that the customer was still nice to her. Very bad customer service and it’s not the first time she’s had an attitude.

Atleast change the timing here too if you not gonna open till 5:30. I finished work at 5pm and went there at 5:25, they already locked their door even i knocked couple of times, the guy at the counter just ignored and when its 5:32 then he showed me the clock.

Poor service and very unprofessional. Came to pick up parcel 3 days in the row just to be told parcel not received, no effort to check on computer system until last day. Both gave lame excuses. Parcel actually was there but told on different shelf? I will avoid dealing with them like plagye
