I want to rate this "business" zero! I have posted 2 parcels to my son since February. He doesn't seem to receive notification of a parcel for collection, even though tracking tells me it has arrived. I phoned to follow up, only get an answering machine and they don't return your calls! My son attended this place and low and behold, the parcel was there. Poor service!!

This post office is absolutely terrible. I’m not sure how they’re still running and have not been reported to Australia Post for representing the company is such horrible way. Without a doubt the rudest lady I have spoken to. Did not send my item for nearly TWO WEEKS! Which happened to be my daughters birthday present. A week after her birthday and her rather expensive and important present still has not arrived. When I spoke to them on the phone and asked if I could drive down 2 hours to pick it up she was just absolutely appalling to deal with. I made an official complaint to Australia Post today about their disgusting service. Every genuine review reflects how terrible it is.

Not worth a mention, but I shall! Exposure is needed. The most unprofessional business. A total let down to Meeniyan and Australia Post. I have never known quite an abysmal Post Office in my life. Minus 10 stars. Bring back some good, honest people to this post office. PLEASE 🤔🤔🤔

What can I say, the lady that runs this place is so rude that the two more recent reviews given here are obviously a fraudulent attempt improve the star rating. I would give them -5 stars if I could but there is no option for this.

Would have to be the worst run post office in Australia. The people running it have no idea, terrible customer service and are rude. Hopefully they retire soon. (would give zero stars if I could).
