Whilst most staff are agreeable... there's this one man, slim, glasses, peppered hair, who is quite rude. I go in to drop parcels a lot, always greet him with a 'how are you?' which he ignores, ignores my reach for the receipt every time and slides it across the desk dismissing me. Wouldn't care so much if I wasn't in there all the time. I have goaded him into replying, saying hello, but he never remembers that it's easier to be nice and he ought to since he's in the business of serving customers. Hundred percent, the white guy behind me gets a 'G'day mate' as I'm leaving. It's the dark female thing. So disappointed every time, I shouldn't be so surprised.

Online says open to 6pm weekdays. Went in at 5:20pm and the doors were locked. Knocked and told they were closed. Then they walked off... yet there was still a customer inside? Went out of my way for after 5pm service for nothing.
