Absolute worst. They don’t even bother drop the parcel at your address they simply say “unable to leave parcel in a safe place” and take it straight to parcel collection shop where the trading hours are ridiculously inconvenient.

Wish i could give 0 stars. Shouldn’t be allowed to just pop the card in the mailbox every single time even though i am working from home everyday. Get people that do their jobs. Its unbelievable. What’s the point of getting it delivered if they don’t ? Paying for a service that is never done. And when you are lucky enough that someone actually rings the intercom, he just throw the package at the door. Great service what if people where in quarantine/ broken legs ect ? No empathy for the customers that pid for this service.

Worst experience applying for a passport here. Had to do the queue twice because there is no signage indicating which queue is the passport one. Worst of all, when I fid the queue the first time around, at the counter they didn't apologise or acknowledge their mistake for the misinformation. The manager and staff here need serious training on how to treat people.

Very busy. Always some people doing the bills paying with coins, wiring some money overseas, doing the passport, doing some application and it clogs up most of the staff. Avoid between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

Zero stars. This is a dreadful post office. The staff seem quite happy to watch the queue extend out the door whils they service "home businesses" that won't pay for an Australia Post business service. You'll see people with trolley's full of parcels that need to be measured and weighed by the staff, one at a time. There are business solutions for this, but they don't care to promote them, instead making personal customers stand in the queue for ages whilst the business customers look back at the people in the queue and ask "why are there are so many people waiting today?". This place has it's priorities wrong. If you offer business services, promote them and get these trolley loads of parcels out of your shop.

I am soooo surprised at the low reviews! These locals must not have visited other post offices before. I live in the St George area and have visited several POs around the area. Their 'service' there is soso bad that I actually wait to bring my mail over to Maroubra when I visit my parents just so I can avoid seeing my local posties. The Maroubra staff here are so lovely and I have never had an issue with them in the 30 years that I have been here. Keep up the good work! :)

Worst service, worst service every time. Can not find the parcel every time. Can you improve your searching system or find a easy way in collecting the parcels. Also staffs there are rude and stiffness. You need more smart and young ppls to make this service easier.

Really, they have to work out the better suited working hours, as most clients work 9 to 5 during the week and there is only one day to get to Australia Post Office - Saturday. However, on Saturdays there's a line of 20 (I mean it, I have counted) those who just want to pick up the parcels and probably spend some time with the loved once on the weekend.

Convenient local post office in Maroubra. I usually happy with their services. The only complain I have is their working hours - they should allow people who usually work daily to be able to get or send parcels at least until 6 pm.

I would give zero stars to be honest. Never ever receive delivery cards and i am home all day and get alerts saying my post is being delivered today and then get an alert saying its in store for pick up. No one buzzed apartment buzzer and never leave cards. Horrible

I have ordered a phone from China on 3/01/17, on 11/01/17 it was already in Australia. Today is 24/01/17. And just today I received a reminder that I have to pick up the phone from the post office in maroubra. Turned out that the phone was in the post office since 16/01/17 and they didn't even delivered it to me they didn't even notify me that the phone has arrived! I'm a post office member and I'm wondering why I am a member? I should get emails or SMS which notify me if I have any parcels to collect. Such a bad service guys, seriously! My phone was in the post office for bloody 9 days! How ridiculous is that?! I'm done
