Today , I visited there and the staff (the chinese man) was very rude. He just don’t know how to do customer service .I was very scared from him. Its better to ask him to go and leave that job because he don’t know how to behave with customers. Very disappointed with him.

I wish I could give zero stars, but it wont allow me to post this review. The owner is very arrogant and has zero customer service skills. He should not be in customer service as he could not do a simple task, which took another Post Office 2 minutes to do. Instead of listening, helping, and showing any duty of care to his customer, he just went on a unnecessary rant. Very disappointed and wont be going back there ever.

This post office is the absolute worst! The staff are incompetent and unorganised. You play a back and forth game of showing your ID repeating your name confirming that you do indeed have an item at there post office. And this goes on for a good 5 to 10 minutes. Telling them where the item came from and repeatedly saying your name and address while they hold your ID in there hand gets you nowhere.

If you can possibly avoid this post office, please do. Not only is the floor always messy and under stocked, the service is terrible. They have no sorting system for parcels, and frequently require two staff members to look for what the customer is trying to pick up, constantly coming back, checking the name, asking the customer if they're *sure* they haven't already got it. There is generally only one register open, because the 2 service staff seem to always be working together on the same task. Whatever the task is, a parcel pick up, a purchase, a form submission, it always seems to take two people for some reason. That wouldn't be such a problem, however it seems that they need to constantly question the customers about whatever service they have come for, not in in a "let me help you" way but more in a "I'm going to prove you wrong about what you think you need" way. I'll reiterate my initial point: if you can possibly avoid this post office, please do.

They never buzz your intercom to call you down stairs and just drops the "Sorry card" in your letter box. this is my second experience, when i track i get surprised to know that they were not reachable to me though i am at home whole day. On complaining at their Post Office they don't even care to apologize or check with the driver.

Worst Post Office I have ever dealt with. My parcel got sent here (even though I was home) and its not my closest PO. Staff are rude and ultra slow. Waited 10 mins and they only served 2 people in that time. No wonder people are paying other companies for parcel services.
