This is a busy Post Shop, however, the staff are ALWAYS lovely, they try and serve everyone as quick as they can. I have never had an issue and will continue to use this post shop. The store is looking brighter after moving down a few shops :)

From my personal experience I have used this post office for about four years now and never had any issues. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I'd give them five stars but held back for a couple of reasons. First, it is a small PO so they don't have a lot of the extras of some of the bigger ones but they are renovating so already the place is looking brighter and that smell that was mentioned by someone else, that's the whole shopping center which should be gone hopefully soon as part of the renovations. Second, with the actual mail deliveries I have had cases where the postie can't seem to read the street signs so you get the wrong mail and an instance where a package was delivered home so had to go to the post office to pick it up. First world problems I know. I have other Post Offices that a closer to my work but I will wait 'till the weekend to use this one. Great job guys.

Worst in the country. The LPO was broken into over Christmas and I had a parcel stolen. No compensation was offered as 'Australia Post had taken all necessary security steps (obviously not if you were broken into) and criminal activity is not a valid reason for compensation.' Thanks Australia Post. I could not give a worse recommendation.

Our footpath which I have put a lot of time into was this morning treated like a skid track by the local postman. He didn't even deliver mail to my house or the neighbour's but that didn't stop him from accelerating over our footpath needlessly putting a big skid mark up the centre. I tried ringing but couldn't get through. I'll be attending the local Marsden post office to make a formal complaint at the earliest possible time and yes I have photos. Why bother trying to keep the place looking nice only to have it trashed by the postman. I'm angry as 😠

Firstly the post office smells mouldy when you first walk in. My husband went to pick up my parcel and the staff told him I had already collected it, how is this possible when you need to card which they take once you have presented the card for collection. I came back to next day again with my collection card to tell me ohhh we found your parcel. Poorly managed.

Went last Saturday to send a package. The whole transaction was handled professionally. Was told that the package tracking was on the receipt and that I could get the receipt through email as well. No indication of problems reported by other people. Correctly got my email address and later received the receipt in email. No idea why this experience is such at odds with what all the other reviews say.

Only Australia Post store i have ever had any issues with. They are awful. One example that comes to be mind, was being yelled at, by the staff, because I came in "too quickly" after receiving the text and email to come and collect my package (went in 30 minutes after the text was sent) and the staff member then proceed to serve every other customer before they went and got my package. That I could see from the counter as it had my last name written on it. Never went back to the store after this experience, it was the "straw" that broke the camels back as such

Absolutely disgusting service. How anyone can run a shop the way this post office does is beyond me. The lady that works here needs a serious head scan. She is awful, rude and not a people person. I will never go here again.

Staff is sooo rude. My friend wanted to collect her parcel but they didn't let her to collect it because house number is wrong. She showed every document but the staff keeps ignored it. I hate this post office they not even deserve to 1 star. I don't recommend them.

This has to be the worst Australia Post I have ever been to. The whole shop including it’s stock is so old and outdated. Every time I have to pick a parcel up from here I look at the floor and it’s completely disgusting like it’s never been vacuumed or cleaned. The customer service I get each time is absolutely appalling and below average, I have no idea how they are still running this shop. I always see unhappy customers walking out from here

Very poor service. Asked for my passport photo done "sorry we don't do it ". When told I called head office prior who confirmed they do in fact do it, "sorry machine is broken". Very very average.
