Never even bother to deliver any parcels to my non-ambulatory 92 yo mum on 2nd floor of her unit 50m from post office. Wouldn't even deliver to alternative c/o address in the same suburb for my local brother to get for her - first notification we received was not that it had been delivered / or not delivered, but that it had been held at the post office so long it was going to be returned to Sydney THE NEXT DAY!! (3 1/2 weeks after posting from Sydney). On going to the post office the next day were told it had already been sent back. One day later it was delivered to the c/o address........
