Best experience at a post office! I had to get my parcels redirected here as there was no safe spot to have them delivered to my apartment and the staff were all extremely helpful and highly professional. Thank you!

I'm not sure why I have to provide the dimensions of the parcel I have to pick up as I haven't seen it. This lady who continues to third degree people when picking up parcels needs to be addressed. I use the Australia Post service of diverting all my parcels to the the Market St Newcastle because of security issues at my apartment. Just do your job or bet another one ffs!
