I was going to be away for approx 2 weeks lately and he was able to hang on to my parcels until i got home. He would be an employee that any business would benefit from.

Been trying for weeks to get a parcel transferred from this post office to another. After weeks of contact with the Aus Post help line no one has responded to their calls/emails/faxes and my parcel was sent back to sender. The AusPost help line was fantastic and incredible, but this post office has definitely let them down and needs to do better

Average service most times. Just had to repay for a postage due to them not attaching a tracking and paid sticker. Give your business to another post office branch with better service.

Went to pick up my parcel today with my Auspost card for collection. The box on the Auspost card was ticked as "anyone to collect'. The woman who was working on the 1/5/19 with blonde hair and grubby teeth asked for my ID. I gave it to her and queried why I needed ID if that box was ticked on the card. She said in an aggressive tone, "you always need I.D". I asked again why then the box was tick to her response was "that's always how it's been. You need ID.". No explanation until I eventually got it out of her that you need I.D for the mailing address and even then it was a short and aggressive response like it was far too hard to answer and how dare I??!!!. Mind you I had my 2 month old baby in my arms as I scrambled for my I.D. Didn't matter. I then said " it was just a question". To which she responded "your tone didn't say so." Her manner was very aggressive and unfriendly. On another occasion my parcel was completely lost because the number/code on the collection card couldn't be read. Never received nor was it found. I haven't had a real issue with the customer service here up until today. Disgusting service - fix this woman's attitude problem - she doesn't seem to think it's a requirement for her role.

To all you people giving this place a bad review. I operate a small business and I post a lot of items every week. And I can tell you the state run post offices in this area are absolutely horrible compared to the owner operator service you get here. The owner and her staff have gone completely out of their way to assist me on a few occasions. Including calling back the mail truck to retrieve an Item I had incorrectly posted. Compared to the others that could do a dump on their CEO's chair and not get fired these people are fantastic. They have skin in the game. So yeah they may get grumpy and over worked but its their business and they do care. Trust me go and use the one at the Business Hub and see how you get treated. They have too many staff and they are still too busy doing nothing to help. Australia Post is a nightmare with its systems and things. All post shops do too much. But just think before you dump a one star review on genuine small business people. Comments on their teeth, honestly thats not helpful to anyone I hope this is.

Packages through this post office are always without doubt 2 days later than predicted plus they always take an extra day to "process" packages and will tell customers they aren't there even if sitting in the storeroom. Staff/management ignore these issues and make excuses not to mention walking around with such a casual purpose it's no wonder everything is so slow. Edit: Unfortunately had to go in again today - nothing has changed, the staff are quite rude. Handed over my licence, the lady brought my package out and proceeded to toss my licence back over the counter at me. I'm not sure what the attitude problem is at this place but I hate having to go there. I will look to route my mail to burpengary instead.

Post office too small for the area, always long queues and not enough staff. Open hours on a Saturday are a killer only open for 2 hours. On the plus side the staff are generally friendly and always willing to help out. About time we had a bigger PO....
