This place was my local for quite some time. Staff member always super friendly and goes above and beyond to help out customers. Go back and visit him every now and then and he is always happy to see me. Great little local place with local staff is good for the community! Much easier than heading to the hustle and bustle of the Box Hill branch

It's worth noting that this PO is under new management, the previous manager could be alternatively extremely friendly or extremely rude. The new management is consistently friendly but a little lacking in PO knowledge yet so can take some time to get the right answer

Indian worker here harrasses customers. Just go to Blackburn North post office, people there are a lot more respectful and willing to help.
