Sure the previous owners Deb and Noel, were a hard act to follow, also they are much loved local community members. Jess and Gin the new owners run it differently but it’s a business not a community service. I find adjusting to the difference and getting to know Jess and Gin help. Noel and Deb are still behind the counter occasionally.

Been biting my tongue but really have to write this review. The old owners were wonderful and sadly the new owners really need further training. Not only do they not understand what 'helpfulness' means but also lack of basic knowledge as Australia Post Employees. They don't even understand what 'reply paid' means, let alone knowing how to operate split payments. Every task is 'too hard' or 'I don't know how'. Seriously.

Good straight to the point service just like a post office should be go in there stamp your bill or post and away you go. If u want a shoulder to cry on go to the nearest park bench life is only as hard as you make it.. Toughen up buttercup..hah
