I started using this Post Office two years ago when I opened my business because was the most convenient. But I now use Hackham for my personal postage, even though there's a Post Office closer to where I live. Steve and his staff work hard to provide the type of customer service and experience that's rare. They're unfailingly efficient, beyond helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It's apparent that Steve cares about his business and his customers. The shop's spotless, tidy and well organised and stocked. His high standards extend to dress codes- the male members of staff look amazing in their waistcoats! Best Post Office I've ever used- a real gem.

Evidently no one is this place talks to anyone else. So many mixed messages. One day they’ll do something and say come back and it can be done again, the next they won’t help! Next time I won’t be supporting locals.

The definition of elegance and tranquillity. I walked up to the counter and asked for the manager. I asked said manager for 'the usual' and they grabbed two $1 scratchies and proceeded to assist me purchasing them by scanning them on the sa lotteries system. I soon after gave the manager the $2 to finalise the transaction and walked away. There are rare moments that I would say 'I would die a happy person', but that was one of them. Kudos to the manager of this store that somehow understood what I was thinking despite the fact that I insinuated, and inferred absolutely nothing. To the staff member at Coles Noarlunga that retorted 'I don't understand what you mean sir, you need to give me more information on the article of machinery that you inquiring about, I can't read your mind.' To my question 'excuse me sir, do you still have the big machine that turns?' you Coles employee sir should be ashamed of yourself! If someone like a Post Office Manager can read my mind without question, certain a Coles employee can. Elegance and Tranquillity Crazydero OUT!
