Lazy disrespectful staff.... horrendous experience on Fri 13/05/22. First time posting a big box...asked for help when I first walked in..the staff nodded towards where I had to look for what I think I needed..NOT once did they come over to offer assistance when I clearly needed it...it took another customer to literally say to them, they should help me...that they begrudgingly came over to where I was....when I asked could I borrow scissors to cut the bubble wrap, I was just told to bring it to the counter and they'll cut it !!!!! Bring the heavy box that I was trying to wrap the contents in bubble wrap.....when they FINALLY came over to "help" dragging their feet , I was so annoyed I told her to go away from me...I will never collect or send anything from that abismal pretend horrid place again...they can send it on to another Post Office n I'll collect from there...I will be contacting the manager about this incident...

The lady with the sharpie eyebrows was rude to myself and other customers in the store. I would not go here if I didn’t need to but my packages are sent here for collection. However I just want to say good job to the young girl with the brown hair that was working today, you are always polite and I feel sorry for you having to work with someone like that.

Had the rudest teller. Even a lady three back from me commented how rude. I was courteous, looking for a parcel that they said was delivered, but I never received. With an attitude like that, may not be the best job to have in dealing with the public. Sad we can't pick our own post-office for preferred pickup.

If I was possible to give ZERO stars I would. Beware of the old dragon with the disgusting tattooed eyebrows, she'll make sure you experience is EXTREMELY painful. She's short, rude and condescending and will be certain to trump your every request with why you CANT have what you require as apossed to helping you with alternate advice
