Appalled at some of the reviews. I work weekdays too and need to go to the post office every week mailing out abd picking up parcels and never had a bad experience. The people running the place are kind, smiley and the bakery owner on the same street came in to give them cookies out of appreciation when I was there. Highly recommended.

Went to get our ids verified (we went on the official aus post website so ensure this post office did it) and apparently they don’t do it on weekends? Wasting people’s time. Update your info. Terrible.

Hours are ridiculous!! Don’t even stay open what happened to the day of staying open till 5:30pm weekday and Saturday hours are laughable for a 9/10am start if your lucky to 11:30 if your lucky

This has been my regular post office for many years. Owners and staff are at all times friendly, efficient and helpful. Never had any issues at all. Highly recommend.

The staff are lovely but the post office is closed significantly more often than others in the area and never updates details online. Such as not being open today (Saturday) becaus Monday is a public holiday?

The staff are so nice but can never call them and they need to update their hours sick of going there on a saturday to collect parcels only to find it's closed again we all can't work from home and can only go on Saturday

I don't even want to give this post office 1 star! The amount of times I've called this post office (up to 6 times a day) and not once have they answered. I requested for my delivery to be left in a safe place, but of course the driver left a card instead. I work 7.30 to 6.30 Monday to Friday, so clearly I can't collect the delivery during the week. Unbelievable how this post office is still operating!

1 star is too many... They haven't answered any of my 10 or so calls (all spread over 4 days at reasonable times). I can't pick up my package due to being out for work 7:30am until 5:30pm. Shocking for a small post office.

I go to this post office 3 times a week. The three/four people who work here are very polite and all smiles every time. Lately I've been showing up later than usual and unlike other places, they don't make me feel guilty for coming with one too many parcels, causing them to close up 5 mins late. They've always been really nice to me and they memorised specific needs of mine. This post office definitely doesn't deserve less than 3-4 stars; due to the people who worked there before them, I'm sure.

I wish I could give 0 starts. Rude staff, unorganized and incompetent!!! I received a card in my mail box saying that they left my parcel to this post office. Went there multiple times, they couldn't find my parcel and told me to call customer service. Customer service told me that my parcel is there. Apparently it is either lost or they cannot find it in their unorganized office. The worst customer service ever!!! Outrageous. I will also make an official complaint to Australia Post head office.

Having taken a day off to receive my parcel I find it redirected to this office. Nobody has knocked on my door or tried delivery - eg. Redirecting my parcel is done by somebody who hasn't even tried to deliver it! Further more, I have immediately after noticing on the 'track my delivery' this happening (within 70mins) tried to call this office several times just to been hung on/ not answered. Even one star is too much for this service!!! Recommend the manager to check where their delivery staff spends their time when not delivering mail and that the office staff learns to answer phone calls. After all, this is what your business is supposed to be doing, right?

Useless. The australian post opening and closing times do not apply to this post office. Lost count of the amount of times iv rushed down there to send a parcel after work and they've closed early. Checked google to see if it was open yesterday, said it was untill 1130am, i got there at 1030am... CLOSED AGAIN! Center road is a much better post office and it opens and closes when its supposed to.

Very poor amount of stock, never seem to have proper satchels etc. and overall meh. If you need anything go to an actual Australia post, this LPO just don’t cut it unfortunately.
