What to say they're after your money only, (if you took Passport photo somewhere else, anyhow they try to get done there, plus what one staff advice next day the other disapprove and the pain to go through application process again n again, chasing guarantor. It's better choose some other post office.

These guys are totally useless. My partner work on weekdays. She cant pickup the parcel. I went to pickup and provided then with my driving license as well as her driving license. On top of that, tracking numbetr and address and everything even screen shot of order. Still they want her to come. How ridiculous. I am not picking up a million dollar cheque so that i should have to provide 1000s of proofs, even though i did provide them. Its just bloody a pair of shoes in parcel. If that belongs to someone else, i wouldn’t dream of that you got my parcel.

Very rude lady the one with tats up and down her arm. They don’t help the costumers at all. They didn’t even provide a printing service to me, so I had to go to the library for a page of print job, then I got back and then she said she doesn’t accept it and have to go and get another print!! What’s wrong with her? It took 1.20 hr to do a simple job that only needs 10 mins to do and finally she didn’t made it! Couldn’t she just print this one page for me like any other post office?????

Very Good - Great service - Very patient staff considering the large diverse volume of customers they have to deal with! We have been PO box customers for 3 years for both business and personal mail etc. They have always gone to great lengths to ensure top service for us.

Don't go there, very rude nasty mouthed lady the one with tats up and down her arm. She treats customers like crap and tried ripping me off, I'd needed to get some ID verified all other post offices change $2.95 she reckons $10 here. I went to another post office they changed me $2.95, she must be over charging customers and stealing the money. I will never go back there again.

Horrible post office! Unfortunately, I have to come here to collect my parcels. The staff lack even a basic knowledge of postal products, combined with a bad attitude and lack of professionalism. There used to be some young, friendly staff who have appeared to move on (and who could blame them), leaving the dregs behind.
