Hit and miss service. Sometimes seamless, often untrained staff without a clue. Frequent disturbing experiences with the grumpy old franchisee there. Not worth the anxiety. Post at the central PO if you can.

I refuse to go to east Orange Post Office to do any of my buisness needs anymore due to 1 particularly unplesant employee who I seemed to always get stuck with & who would deliberately make things difficult for me, she is incredibly rude & sarcastic to me because of how I do things as well as humiliate & embarras me in front of other employees & customers, when I made a complaint about her to her boss her boss tried to play it down & she said perhaps I misunderstood, there was no misunderstanding about the way I was treated & spoken to by said employee, it was pretty much bullying behaviour from this unkind person & clearly nothing was done about her as she continued on doing it so I won't go back there to do any of my buisness. I had never done anything to warrant such appalling behaviour, there is no excuse for her to do this to me or anyone else.

Very professional service the people there are always friendly and happy to help, it’s a great location for picking up Mail too as you can always get a car park and the coffee shop is just across the road!
