Don't try and get your passport at Mudgee! Ros is an unhelpful, cantankerous woman that made me redo my passport photos (even though they'd previously been accepted by the Australian Government and were on my emergency passport). When I returned with the new photos I'd had signed, she didn't accept them either! EVEN THOUGH SHE TOOK THEM. Just returned to try and get a passport for my infant and had a similar experience. Needed my husband's signature, but she said then I'd need to wait (with my 3 month old baby) for 3 hours while they had lunch, even though there was no one in the post office. Thanks Ros!
