I was expecting a delivery at my home address today between 8.30am -10.45am, the driver did not even come to my address instead they left a note on app saying no one attended the parcel which was a complete lie, I was at home and no one actually press the bell, so I had to go to the post office and get my item. This has happened to me several times now. What kind of Service is that? Aus post delievery drivers could you please do your job properly.

The 4 stars is to the frontline customer service gentleman (sorry don't know his name, but he is the brown skinned/ dark features / with English accent male) who provides such great service every time I need to pick up my parcels. He remembers my name EVERY TIME and doesn't burden me with ID at collection - unlike the other agents there. Today he brought my parcel to the car as we were waiting for the driver to unload. So easy to deal with and is always well spoken and well mannered. I took a star off because unfortunately if I don't get this guy, I usually don't get the same level of service from the other frontline staff.

Ordered something online and received a notice to collect the package only after it had been returned to sender. It got sent here because the delivery guy pressed the doorbell while I was in the toilet and left way to quickly for me to have responded. At least the person I talked to tried their best to help.

I didn't like the attitude of a staff there. The guy serving me would not give me my parcel even though I showed him the digital proof of all my IDs as I didn't have my physical ID at the time. Additionally, I even showed him my student ID with my name on it. He was very persistent that I needed to have physical ID with me. He was rude and said I know it's you but I can't give you without the physical ID. Whereas, usually I have been getting my parcel by showing the digital proof of my ID.

Ben is absolutely disgusting, who works in customer service and gives eyeroll to the customer every 2mins? I have a business account that I showed him the barcode where he blamed me for creating more work for him to give me discount? Ridiculous and unacceptable will be making a complaint.

Twice I had to go pick up my package on my own as postman claimed to have knocked on the door but definitely didn't - the only saving grace is the staff that actually work in the post office are actually pretty nice to deal with.

I went to this post office to pick up parcel at 16:59 , they closed the door and once they saw me they come to door and flipped sign board from open to close mode, no response even i was just on door. It just took a minute to deal with me but these guy dont want to waste even a second than their opening hour. There is my mistake as well i was just there a minuet before the closed but at least people can reply come tomorrow, it looks like these guy just build a Burj khalifa alone without taking rest( he think he is the only guy working hard), You not just work other people also work even me i do let people in while i work which make me a hour delay because of last minute check in but it just took a minute delay for you now i have to wait 2 more days for the parcel because of this 1 minuet

Sucks! i had to mail back my screen protector to the company. they asked me to pay $3 charge while sending and said all good. But the company havenā€™t received the mail after one months. Went there today and ask what happened to the mail and they reply they are sorry they cant track this mail as i chose cheap service plan while sending mail. they blamed me for not going for $4 tracking mail service which i would definitely go for if they had already told me about that. it was my first time and i had no idea of posting email. They didnā€™t provide me proper information. Now i am in loss of $40.

I went to this post office and I waited until it opens in the morning. I was very excited to collect my missed delivery which contains my brand new clothes. When it opened I rushed in and was the third person that got in. When I was queuing I see my package. (1)She called 'Next!' I got up and she her the card. She didn't even check and say no it's not here. I left but then remember I have a email saying that it already got there. I went back in. This time is another person . I showed (2)her the email and my id which got my name on the as well on that package. Person (1) told person (2) I can't get the package. WHY!!! I GOT THE CARD THAT ONLY COMES FROM THE MAIL BOX FROM THAT ADDRESS. I GOT A ID THAT MATCHES THAT PACKAGE. I HAVE THE EMAIL PROOFING I'M THAT PERSON THAT THE PACKAGE IS GETTING SENT TO. I"m very unhappy with this post office.

Staff are robotic and inconsiderate of facts whatsoever. I ordered a phone from Telstra who mistakenly put my husbandā€™s name on the parcel - but had my license number for ID purposes. I explained this to staff but all 3 staff members refused to give me or my husband the parcel because my name didnā€™t match, (it was my husbandā€™s name) even though my address and license matched, and they refused to give it to my husband because it wasnā€™t a match to his license number! They had all the right data between me and my husband: his name, our address, and my license number, and they wouldnā€™t budge. Australia Post head office tried to intervene to get them to hand over the parcel but it was sent back to the Telstra warehouse.

It is ridiculous. I am waiting at home to receive my parcel today. However suddenly an email pops up and says tried to delivered and redirected to post office. Actually, it happened several times. Very poor logistics and I have no idea what's wrong with the delivery driver. I am very disappointed with the Australian logistics.

The people who work here are absolutely great! However they are being let down by the terrible overall logistics, management and service of the auspost system. Not only is it slow, expensive and often misdelivered it sometimes when told that a delivery will occur, theyā€™ll just leave a card and never bother to knock on your door.

I don't really get it how aupost logistics works. I am waiting at home to receive my parcel and all of sudden email pops up and says tried to delivered and redirected to post office. How in earth that happens I don't understand. Very poor logistics. I would say the delivery drivers are not aware of their resposnsibilities and duties rather than just to finish their shifts.
