This post office is great. They provide everything from photos taking to postage to passport applications etc. They also provide excellent customer service and punctual and accurate communication. I highly recommend this post office and really happy of it being my new local post office.

Today, I applied for Australian passports for me and my 2 1/2 year old son. The male staff who assisted us was really nice. He was able to take a photo of my son quickly, he knows how to get a child's attention to look at the camera. He assisted me with filling out the form. He patiently explained and instructed me even if I've missed something and made mistakes on the form a couple of times. He explained about the process clearly. Overall, it was a great service.

Sometimes it can be slow but understand australia post many customers have queries maybe if the shop was little bigger they could have more tills and more staff. But overall I am Very happy with their service and since I’ve moved to Austral, this is now my local branch!

He is very knowledgeable, professional and explains everything in detail, he makes it so easy and simple for you. This is the second time I've dealt with him for myself, and have now applied for a passport for my 2 year old daughter through him, the photo process for a 2 year old was great. Alex, the post office manager, went above and beyond by sorting out our passport applications. Our passport photos were taken somewhere else! Which it didn't met the requirements. Alex has photographed another set for us which they're very clear and amazing. Alex and his team members have a fantastic customer services, will always go there and we highly recommend them. We lodged our passport application here recently with Alex and he was really lovely and helpful, plus extremely accommodating. We hadn’t realised we had to make an appointment for Saturdays and he was able to fit us in with zero fuss. He was really efficient in helping us lodge the passport application and it was a really easy process. I didn’t catch the name of the other staff member but she was also really lovely and helpful! This post office is not our local but I would go out of my way to come here again for the incredible service. PSA: if you’re lodging your passport application on a Saturday you will need to make an appointment. Monday to Fridays they accept walk ins.
