Rude staff who eyeball each other infront of customer... about the customer. They also don't know how to read a working with children form as the woman said my range of ID wasn't enough when it clearly said on the form it was fine, another staff member had to tell her it was fine before she finally put it through.

If there was a 0 star option I would have ticked that... The customer service was awful, staff were very rude and disrespectful when communicating. I work 6 days a week and have no time to come in and get my mail if not left at my door. my partner wasn't aloud to pick my post up with my ID and consent. My partner spoke to the staff about me coming to get it and was told I can pick up Thursday because they work a bit later. I came in on a Thursday and they said they were shut and to come back Saturday, which I also work saturdays. On the box was a note saying I was reminded a couple days ago (which I wasn't) and that they were sending it back the next day so after telling me to come back Saturday to collect my parcel they would of already have sent it away. I would rather risk my parcels being stolen from my doorstep then have them be sent to collect from here.

Extremely disappointing service. Arrived at 4.45pm, requesting to complete working with children paperwork. Was told it's too late, that can only be done before 430pm. I explained I am rostered to work in a hospital from 7am to 5pm. It's rare I can leave early, let alone before 430pm. No flexibility, turned away with no solution... Despite admitting it only takes 10min.

I was suposed to have a parcel delivered to my workshop as i cant make it to the PO during the day .i answered there maeesge saying to leave the parcel there woth no one home they insted took it to the PO wich i cant get to during hours so i called them and basicly got told to bad so sad .usless will never use them for freight again

Hands down, this is the best Aussie Post I've been to. Friendly staff that are ready to help you out with anything and everything that you may need, even if it's only to have a chat while grabbing your mail. Seriously, go out of your way to use this post office.

The access to bench space to write addresses on purchased packages is dreadful at present. Needs to be I PO area.

Second time lately. Deelivery person says no one home without pressing door bells, one in house one in shed Now they want me to go to LPO to pick up my parcel freight paid for delivery, signature required. As there were two people home at alltimes today I feel they shoul redeliver. Useless service.
