The old man there was of no help. He kept trying to scan my parcel returns and then said it wasn’t working and sent me away without returning it. I then contacted my returns company and they said it had been scanned correctly and that I was being charged for sending a faulty returns. When I was trying to return the parcel but the post office man wouldn’t let me. Have changed my post office to one more further away where they can actually help me.

Despite it clearly showing below that this Post Office does Passport Renewals, when presented with the paperwork (after a 20 minute wait in line), the senior gentleman looked up at me and said 'What's this?'. He then proceeded to tell me that he's never seen one of these before... we don't do those here. In fact, it was almost as though he enjoyed telling me that he couldn't help me! Of the five people in front of me, he couldn't help three of them. Avoid this place - totally useless and clueless.....go to Unley PO at the shopping centre.....pleasant, helpful and efficient. Would give zero stars to this clown if possible.

Had terrible experience with old man who works here today.We were kindly asking him several times about how to send our parcel to oversea in a correct way as we never done this before. He did NOT help anything, kept making us use wrong packages and stickers without explaining anything after each time we asked, and said to me “ Look, I am not a teacher, I am here only to collect the box” with arrogant and mean attitude. I was very shocked by what he said. This is absolutely very unprofessional and it’s NOT acceptable. I don’t expect the good customer service, but at least PLEASE get familiar with the products as this is what you should do! I would also want to say a Big Thank to staff Carys, thank you so much for your support after that terrible experience, she explained everything professionally with good manner and enough patience. Really appreciated!!!

Just love this post office I go out of my way to go there the staff are so wonderful so kind and helpful if you have a package to send they not only assist you wit the packing but help you wit the little final touches. I’m very grateful I have hound them and will only use them in the future.

Posted something via express post which should have been delivered next business day, it's now been 8 business days and the item still hasn't been delivered. The explanation I received from customer support was not helpful either.

This Australia Post LPO (Licenced Post Office) Is staffed by the Owner~Operators and provides standard range of Post Office products and services. Though frequently busy with a queue, they provide friendly and personable service, going out of their way to assist their regulars deal with the vagaries of Aust Post. They stock stationery, cards and gift items too.
