Worst customer service ever! The lady (OWNER) is rude and unhelpful. I have come into the post office SEVERAL times (and she knows who I am) , and she still turns me away if I don’t have hard copy ID!! You can buy a bloody property with online ID and I can’t pick up a $12.95 post office package?! Honestly what a loser if you sit in a little post office all day being rude to customers. Please avoid this place at any cost. Shame on you

Terrible customer service. The lady is not helpful at all and is not giving my parcel which she is already put it in front of me. She said due to security reason she cannot give it to me but I showed her evidence that the parcel is mine! Asking me to ask another person in the address to come collect it, but everyone works 9-5 everyday, how are we able to collect the parcel after work?

Australia Post is on Glen Osmond Rd in a small group of shops, Glenunga. It has a post box outside to mail letters. Inside, attentive staff meet your needs + answer questions. Services the local area.

Overly officious but also incredibly inefficient as well ! I suspect the owner really enjoys making life as difficult as possible for her customers (she certainly smiled broadly when I pointed out the collection card was incorrect and so I didn't happen to have my birth certificate or passport on me to collect two small bicycle parts for my son - who had been refused service earlier). The positive is that it is quite like walking into a Monty Python skit. If like me this is your local PO then welcome to hell but if you have a choice to go elsewhere run as fast as you can lol

Excellent customer service. Owner, goes above and beyond to locate parcels and keep them on hold if needed. I do wish the opening hours would cater for an early morning, later night or Saturday.

I wish I can rate it 0 stars. Absolutely ridiculously in flexible hours. Anyone who is working a full time job will have no hope in picking up their parcels without taking time off work. Please get with the times!

AMAZING! New person has bought this post office and has changed it around from terrible to very good. Customer Service is on point. Couldn't ask for more. Don't get why people hate on the post office due to when its open, its not there fault its AUSTRALIA POST (post offices cant work earlier or any later due to the restrictions).

Can't give it a lower star unfortunately. I don't understand how this little office is still open. Waste of space. Not flexible at all, customer service by the woman who works there is non-existent, only open 9-5pm, not even 8am - 5pm or even till midday on a Saturday to cater for the employed. If Australia Post want to save some cash shut it down and redirect to Burnside, 1.5 km away. It's a waste of space. I've had to have parcels returned to my senders so other arrangements can be made. This place also wanted to charge me to have the item redirected to another PO. They sell pathetic throw-away, non essential, dusty items that no-one would buy.
