I went to the post office on Saturday expecting it to be open as it says on the card it's open on Saturdays, but it is colse! It is embarrassing! If you are close why you do not update your cards, how am I supposed to know??? You have to respect other people's time.

All the staff are so rude. Even with children. I had to visit quite a few times and never had good experience with them. Is there any who can take action against them? They should have to be more open to the all customer. Andrew jackobs is one the super dumb working in the front who doesn't have any qualities to represent AusPost.

this post office is an absolute joke. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Not even a greeting when visiting this post office. I went to the post office to get my passport sorted and the lady told me I smudged the photo when she was the one who took the photo and ran her fingers all over it and smudged it. This is my third time back and there definitely won't be a forth. All the staff in this post office needs to be re-evaluated and if necessary, hire new staff who actual shows interest in their customer and can provide decent customer service. Very disappointed!
