Won’t recommend anyone to go there. Despite I had all my documents correctly, the guy told me to get my Birth certificate signed by “institute of birth certificate” which doesn’t even exist. I thn took my documents to different post office there was no problem with my documents. This people working here haven’t finished even year 10, truly uneducated. If you don’t wanna waste your time, don’t go there, there are many worth going post offices close by.

Very poor customer service especially the Lady with short hair Asian lady . All checklist and photos are fine but still insisting to have photos from their post office. Revenue problem not the customer service ended up having application somewhere else. Will never go back to this rude grumpy Lady

This is the best post office I’ve been, don’t know why they got so many negative reviews. My workplace is close to this post, so I set my delivery address either the parcel locker here or parcel collect for bigger parcels. I’ve been collected my parcel from here about 1-2 years, and sent parcels at times. Everyone here were so helpful when you need any assistance. One time, my parcel got send to Canning Vale PO, I went there but staff couldn’t find it and sent me back to Gosnells PO to check. Staff Chris was so patient to help me to check their storage first and called Canning Vale PO, found out my parcel was actually in Canning Vale PO at the end. Not only Chris, all other staff were friendly and helpful as well. Yes, the waiting can be long if you come after 3pm, because that the time most people finish work. Just be patient if you only can come this time.

Worst post office in history! Time to close down! Receive a parcel pick up notification, went there to pick it up and they say they have no record of item. What a joke! How is this a safe post office… time for it to be investigated and shut down

Staff are generally friendly but when it is a busy period all staff should be on board to facilitate customer service. Two staff were recently re arranging a display wall while many customers were waiting and only 2 operators at the customer desks. It appeared to be unnecessarily busy with a large queue of customers.

Just came back from the post just now after talking to Chris - one of the counter staff that came out to help (pretty busy). Took the time to actually talk to me, listen to what I wanted to transport (a small fragile item), and took me aside to explain my options. I've had some really bad experiences with the post, not specifically Gosnells, but Chris really made the steps easy, was understanding, and did not act like they were the ones doing us a favour - which I've experienced and the Perth Station post, and other post offices. Thanks Chris for making this process that much easier, and giving me time to think. Also I see a lot of new faces, which is great - I'll let the other reviews do the talking.

Today I went to Gosnells post office to apply passports for myself and for my son . There I met with one staff by name Rachel. Her service is excellent 👏 She is very responsive person . Though the day was busy ..she took enough time to complete our applications . I really appreciate for her patience. Our passport applications are bit complicated and Rachel mam helped me a lot . Thank you so much for your kind help 🙏 May god bless you mam 😊 Wish to see you more time in our Gosnells post office. We really need sum staff's like you in our local officess. I wish you all the best mam.😊

So here I am, waiting in line at my local post office, OUTSIDE the post office. This is the worst outlet I have ever visited. Several sources will confirm that this is the worst place ever to pick up a missed collection. If it wasn't for the fact that my local postie keeps dropping my stuff here I wouldn't go near the place. Australia Post needs to quick boot whoever manages this shop.

Unhelpful and simple minded staff. I went in with a missed collection card, with clear details that it was meant to be collected in a specific way, at a different depot. Upon showing the card, the person didn't bother to look at made quick assumption where the collect location is. I end up going to the location, feeling in doubt, and to be expected I was sent away as it was the wrong location for pickup. If you need something done at this post office, double check the information they give again, at another post office. DO NOT TRUST the instructions they give. So, if you need a job done that requires half a brain cell, please do yourself a favour, go to another post office. Or you'll end up giving yourself a hard time.

I went to apply for passport and despite few correction to be made on the application, the staff named Cobey (sorry if I mispelled) was very supportive, friendly. Even the whole team is knowledgable on what is acceptable and what the process it. Given me previous experiance with other post office, this place is really customer oriented

Really need a good review of customer service. A lady named Michelle (she had reddish, short, curly hair) was not the friendliest and decided to correct a staff member in front of us whilst also holding up the line! I’m not sure if she is a manager but she seems to be a bit bossy. I am not the type to complain but I was really unhappy to see this. Some people just need to be kinder especially working in customer service! Todd however, was honestly lovely and I really appreciated how kind he was. He is doing a great at his job and I am writing this in appreciation of him. :)

Very awful service, zero customer service inhumane people. I have several online orders which the sellers addressed to the collection shop so I can get it after office or during Saturday. They didn't deliver those packages to the shop and I got aware of it only when I saw it from the sellers tracking. Since they are open only during my office hours I asked my husband to pick it up but even with my ID and the packages details they want me to personally pick it up. They won't deliver it to the delivery address either. Very lazy, feeling so privileged people and company. If only I can rate negative I'll do that.

Went there to get an airbag - a south-Asian descent looking young man asked if I wanted to include receipt signature - I didn’t hear him clearly and asked if the airbag included tracking. He pompously replied “ that is not what I asked you”. Conclusion : Young man, with an attitude like that, you’re destined to go nowhere

Unhelpful, not willing to listen when THEY stuffed up a delivery which I had to take time off work to go and pick up because the driver failed to see that I opted for safe drop, then they wouldn't redeliver. When I was explaining my situation (and was going to ask for advice) the rude lady cut me off and said 'licence please'. She then said they have nothing to do with deliveries so there's nothing they can do and walked off to get my package. Maybe your attitude would be better if you treated customers nicely and you would get it back in return.
