I've got a SMS message saying that my parcel was due to today between 9:35 AM and 11:35 AM. I was waiting in my place with the door opened. When the van arrived, the deliver guy didn't turn off the car, didn't get out the car, simply arrived and reversed and left. It was 11:30 AM. The tracking status now is "Unable to gain access". I saw the driver and he has been here several times and there isn't even "access" to be gained as it is right street facing. Completely unprofessional.

Caution. Do not use. This store has mistreated my apple return and I have received no trade in value. They would not put into the packaging while I was in the store as they were too busy. Now it’s been received late by apple and not accepted as it’s in poor condition. Go elsewhere and ensure you get the packaging and return yourself. Poor service.

"BEST LPO post office hands down !!! Punching well above its weight with great friendly customer service with individualized old fashion attention to detail that doesnt just treat you as number (like you wish a LPO should be) ...Staff are extremely proactive in help achieve your postage need painlessly ....& believe me my opinion has more clout than most as I have utilized "MANY" post offices throughout across the metropolitan area with many sub par experiences from post offices operating as I dispatch parcels "daily" (plus any keyboard warriors low scoring Como LPO on their petty trival matters should stop eating crayons & licking the windows on the special bus)

I came here (because Australia Post told me to) early at 8.30am to pick up my parcel because the place is closed at 5.15pm Found that my parcel isn't there, but the staff, Regina, tried her best to be helpful, which I truly appreciate. Having said that, this place needs to reconsider its opening hours. Either opens up a bit earlier or closing up a bit later since the operation time isn't ideal for people who work full time.

Best place for passports. Just have everything ready. Did my and my wife's in lunch in less than 15 minutes. They are good and no fuss. It's a small shop but the staff are very good.

I had been to 3 separate Australia Post stores to try and get my 20 month old son's passport photo taken without any success as he would cry hysterically every time the camera was pointed in his direction. I decided to give this Australia Post a try after a friends recommendation. Jiong took my son's photo and was so creative thinking to put a teddy bear toy on top of the camera that distracted him so well that we managed to get a few suitable shots. I'm so grateful and will be sure to recommend you to other mothers in a similar predicament.

Second disappointing experience with this post office. Under-staffed and unhelpful. Watched people in front of me also struggle to get proper help. Other people walked out as the wait was SO long. When I finally get to the girl at the counter, she is rude and 100% unhelpful so I walked out and went to Booragoon post office where the customer service was perfect. Won't be returning, even though it's so close to my home, it's just not worth it. Only positive is that there is always parking I guess.

They do not do passport photographs for kids, because of “the lighting” not sure why lighting would be any different for an adult? They got one star for being open! Go to Karawara, they were great! And had a mobile white screen, so it didn’t matter where the light was, they could still get a good result... maybe something to take away from that huh... 😉

Avoid taking photos here. They are so badly lit and look horrible. I doubt it if the officials will accept this kind of photos. They are so unprofessional and charge 18 dollar for 6 passport pothos that are hardly usable.

Worst passport photos even taken I think. They ask you to hold a cardboard box to the side of your face to block the light. The photos you receive AFTER you pay for them are unrecognisable. AVOID! As another reviewer mentioned the male works there is not a pleasant rides shot gun over everyone and escorts you to the door so you don't steal any of the junk they have on display.
