I asked the old lady at front to give me application form for passport. She said “do it online.” I asked her again sorry but I need form and she replied “you already submitted why you need more?” I replied “I need for my friend” She walked with off mood and handover me two forms without explaining why she gave me two. it was so rude it’s none of her business why I need it. I also know I can apply online but your staff pick up very small thing which I understand. MARIA helped me with my application I was happy with her service. Please hire the young people who are more energetic and eager to serve.

Oh boy where do i start. I went to the post office with my father to renew my passport but my dad didnt realise he had to had the witness sign the box to prove he’s a witness. The old lady at the front (her names pat i think) kept repeating the words “they need to see you sign it” even though we understood what that meant. My dad obviously was a little confused because he had signed it in front of the witness and all she had to say was “the witness also has to sign the paper”. Then i explained to her what my dad meant and all she did was told us to wait and tried to find her filipino co worker to speak “philippines” to us. Not even tagalog just “philippines”. Furthermore, instead of telling us what else we need to include to finally renew my passport she tells us one thing then sends us away. Next day another girl told us we need to bring more paperwork in for proof so it took 3 days overall to finally have my forms accepted. This store is really unhelpful and staff treats you like youre their student or child instead of treating you like an equal. So many instances where they’d get annoyed at POC customers and its SADDENING to see those things and you cant speak up about it For instance, the girl taking a toddler’s passport picture WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL WITH THE CHILD. She watched the muslim mother struggle with getting her child to face the camera and looked even more bored and annoyed when she didnt even encourage the child to look her way for the photo either. Its always dreadful when going to this place, not just for me. Manager isnt any better either because they just hire the worst people at customer service. Then again, im only a child so why would they care about our opinion.

I visited this branch today requesting for a statutory declaration witness service. I was informed at the service desk to wait and that they have informed the Post Office Manager. After 20 minutes, I left without someone attending. Never ever to visit again!

I'm honestly furious. The delivery guy was out the front and I walked out to grab my delivery within SECONDS OF HEARING HIM, and he ignored me, and put a pick up slip into my letterbox while I was standing there right Infront of him READY to grab my package. Everything was witnessed by my neighbours and my roommates as I was calling out to this guy to just give me my order. GROSSLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went in for passport renewal, certificates I had were accepted only problem was my reference left out my middle name. Went back a second time now with middle name on completed form once again accepted my certificates but the middle name entered was to dark so needed to go back to friend to complete again. Decided to make sure this form is accepted so completed a new one this time everything perfect. Back to the post office now I’m told my certificates will not be accepted. I explained I have been here twice and both staff members accepted these only rejection was with my middle name . No would not accept it now they decide to find a fault with my certificate. What a waste of time please make sure you check the form twice before going in I would hate someone else having there time wasted And just to add I had my expired passport with me that I used the same certificates to get first time around. Good luck with them

Had a very bad single experience few months back. A counter lady stole money. when I paid a bill,She took my money and counted it with less 20$.i asked for all the money back. She refused to give. So I let it go. Don't pay bills at counter. Use the machine. All other staff are friendly and good.

My package had to be picked up as I missed the delivery which isn’t the end of the world, however when going to pick up my package i was informed that they gave it to the wrong person( had a name very similar or something) Not sure how this happened as I was asked to supply my Id and address so clearly someone was sleeping on the job. At this moment I’m waiting to find out if the other customer would bring it back, very upset with this terrible service!

I came in to lodge a new passport application which has turned into a nightmare with misinformation sending me into damage control just to get additional documentation which is holding me up from traveling to my family in time for Christmas celebrations this year 2018. They need younger staff here. Staff has been very unhelpful. The last time I’ve been here was when I applied for a passport, everything was fine, except for the barcode on my form which won’t scan on their counter for some reason. I’ve been told in a very ‘bossy’ (as if she was talking to a child) manner to reprint the form and come back the next day as they will be closing soon. I was so frustrated as I took an effort to leave early from work just to make it to my appointment and they didn’t even offer to at least reprint the form (which I’m sure they can - it’s a post office!) or even hold for a few moments while reprinting the form from the shop across. Zero care factor, customer service doesn’t exist here. 1 star rating is too good for them.

The staff here are extremely rude. Especially the manager who doesn’t know how to politely deal with a customer enquiry. They definitely need a new manager and new staff members who know how to be polite and make you feel welcomed. Thumbs down for customer service and experience.

the interior is clean and nice and very well spaced out, which definitely helps whenever there is a long queue. they don't have much "other accessories" on sale - unlike other branches. but its got what you'd expect from an AusPost branch. there is also a self service section, and the staff working here are mostly very friendly and helpful.

Short older lady with short hair and bad colour... she needs to realise she is in customer service industry. She speaks to you as if she is your boss, teacher or parent. Quite rude although not necessary wrong. Can be helpful but only if you are super nice to her. Who is the customer here?? I hate having to come here to pick up my parcel.

I went to the Aus Post Rivervale to submit the application for passport and they said i have to do it at Aus Post Belmont Forum so i drove down to Belmont Forum and it was close to closing time. The lady there said "No,we not doing this now you have to BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. The review duration would be 15mins so i ask if that possible if i arrange tomorrow at 4.30pm cause i finish work at 4.30pm then she said NO YOU NEED TO BOOK AN APPT TAT B4 3.30pm. You are working and i have to work too!!!!!
