Horrible customer service from a white, blonde, old lady. The other staff looked nice but just my luck to wind up with this one. Gave me sass when I politely asked genuine questions about their services (even though their website said they offered them) and just generally had that attitude of contempt for every life form they come in contact with. If you don’t enjoy life don’t try to ruin others’; it’ll only karma-bite you.

There is a fat white lady staff(more than 200 KG), who's attitute is so bad! I really doubt that she has the racial discrimination for Asian and black. She ignore Asian customers and serve white peope with totally different attitute. Because I am a Asian, I just want some address lables ( I have more than one parcels), she told me with aggressive tone: " Oh, u cannot get them, its not for free, I can only give you one. And she turn to other white customers. Other staff try to help me, she spoke badly to them. This is not the first time, I and my Asian friends have also been treated like this many times previously. I just feel annyoed, I have to speak it out.

Honestly 5 stars is less to describe my experience, if I had a million stars I would have given it to them. The lady at the front was so nice. She guided me with my packaging and when I made a mistake she even fixed it for me!! I did not get to thank her before I left but if you are reading this THANK YOU!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!

Provided me additional information that I can use to to follow up my enquiry. Made it super easy to get all my work done today. Shes a great example for all Australia Post employees Nationwide! Worst Customer representatives in this office.. Worst person to deal with in this office - Vicki. Try your luck with someone else, if possible. Vicki- probably you should start working on what you like. Do not get your frustrations out on customers. Do not trouble them on their minor queries and be responsible on things. I saw the pervious 2 customers you dealt with and they both left with the same anger as myself. I should have waited for someone else to discuss my query.

One staff member with a really poor attitude doesn't even know what she's doing she said that you can't have a police clearance because your a citizen, and I told her that I already had a police clearance before and still insist that I can't have one. Please reorient your staff they need a lot of reorientation. I'm very disappointed and upset.

If I had a minus rating I would have given to them, The staffs don't have the technical knowledge of the products they sell. I brought a Nokia from here ,within a week I had some issue with the changing port, but when I went back to, ask to have a look at issue, they convinced me phone is in good working condition and for further details I need to contact Nokia. Also one of the staff member has a really rude attitude

Clayton Auspost is the most helpful auspost I have ever visited. Had a bad experience with Auspost Carnegie so I wasn't really expect Clayton store can be such kind and helpful. Staffs are always willing to help with a good attitude

This AusPost does not open on Saturday mornings and yet my delivery was directed to this post office. I found out from people who were waiting outside that it used to open on Saturdays but they have suddenly changed their opening hours.

Rude staff, trying to send bulk letters, then quizzing me about what's inside, I obliged although I don't consider disclosing that information to be necessary, then refused service because I didn't have the tickets on the back any more as I kept them at home for my reference. Very poor service. In the end had to drive to a different post office who were much more accommodating.

Interesting, as if they knew when you were home and when you were not. Waited at home for the entire morning yet no one showed up. Just left for less than an hour then they came to knock the door.... what an experience!

Left work early to make sure I reach them. Found out they closed already even before 5, and the lady inside refused to open the door though there was good 5 minutes left for me to pick up my parcel. And now I have to wait till Saturday or leave work early again to collect my parcel. When they say open till 5, should it be corrected to say walk in time till 4:30 or sth?

Only 2 staff serving in a busy office and both were slow. I eventually left the shop and went to another lpo in Clayton south which was empty. The shop is conveniently located next to train station. Wheelchair accessible and ample parking nearby.
