Appalling service. They don't answer the phone. There is no ability or mechanism to leave a message. They sent me s text to collect parcel from post office. I made a trip to the post office and the parcel is not there. So I apparently have to go back again in the hope it will be there. Interesting business model.

Worst post office in the state. Only 1 staff works here at any given time causing long queues and delays. Staff are slow to operate facilities too. Certain staff are rude and unhelpful. Sadly, all parcels in my postcode get redirected here even though it isn’t the biggest and only post office in the suburb. Austpost needs to have a thorough review on this post office!!!

Absolutely gutted and devastated as I write this. Went in to pick up a delivery. Expensive Kitchenware items from DJ. When the attendant went in to pick the items up from the back, a loud crash was heard. Sure enough all the glass items inside the box were broken. We took it back into the office immediately and the man refused to look at it and just told us to leave and call 13 13 28. Even though it says on AU post that we are to take it back into the store. He refused us. No empathy, no apologies, nothing. He was standoffish throughout the visit, start to finish. So awful. So unprofessional.

So... The awful guy that a lot of the negative reviews are talking about seems to no longer work here. I'm updating my review from "worst post office I've ever seen" to average. The attendants are friendly and professional. It would be nice if they were either open early/close early, or open late/close late so that working people can get here easier.

Rude. Delivery people don't even knock on my door, just leave a slip for me to go out of my way and pick it up. I dont have a vehicle so this is extremely annoying.

There is an old gentleman who works and every time he is there, it’s such a great service level. Yesterday my wife was there to check on a parcel which turned out to be a big box n I told her I will collect next day but he was so sweet to carry it to the car’s trunk. Says it's open at 9, was there at 9:26 today and it's closed. No sign at front or on the website letting customers that it is closed. How am I meant to collect my parcel? I guess AusPost is a disappointment. If you are going to use Auspost, deliver your parcel to a parcel locker

The low reviews on Clearview PO are very much in line with my experience of the previous owner. The new guy (as of Jan 2021) is friendly and polite. He was a little under the pump when I visited (lots of parcel pickups) so perhaps he needs a helper. Otherwise, it’s nice to see the local PO is heading in the right direction 👌🏾

I wish I could give no star to this AU Post, the guy at counter, his attitude is terrible! I went there 2 times within last 2 weeks to collect my parcel and he never greet and he just keep showing me his poker face! I mean if you are hating this job, don't work there, or if this is your own business, think about to sell it to some one who loves doing logistic business.

I would rather go somewhere else but I don’t have any time to go to any other post office, this place is tiny compared to other post offices, due to this it is common to see people lined up at this post office, the staff here usually gives little to no manners to the customer. I can’t believe this post office exists! If you can, go to a different post office!
