The young man who served me was very kind and understanding. He helped me organise my parcel and shipping label. He gave me details on how the parcel post was going to be shipped to that location and how to receive tracking updates on the parcel. Not long queues at certain times. I highly recommend Australia Post. 📦

Tanya at Clarinda postal counter 5 stars. Tanya is lovely and helpful always. Same for some of the other young staff. Middle aged owner/manager female Very Rude and abrupt. And if you should even think to ask a question She doesnt like the sound of, then watch out for a look from her that will curdle milk! Horrid person - has lots to learn about customer service from other staff - like Tanya.

I went to post today 29/1/22 to collect my parcel ,the two ladies who worked today was horrible. The lady who served me asked my ID details,then I gave my Drivers licence but she had no idea about the name in the parcel and the D/L as both if the ladies started telling we can give to this person. I asked who is "this person ". Then I removed my mask and told check the picture on the D/L and mine. This is the 3rd time I had problems in the post. There is a very nice lady ,but unfortunately these two ladies who work has no clue about their work and rude talking to the customers.

On multiple visits the staff repeatedly provided as little service as possible. I found staff member Kim to be particularly rude. I would advise taking your business elsewhere if possible.

This review not for the post office but their delivery driver. I was home all the day. No parcel or Notification Card from the post office. After couple of days contacted the Supplier and they told the parcel waiting in the post office. What a tragic service. Please train your driver. Good Luck :-(

I was home the whole day, working 50 meters from the front door. No one knocked on the door or ring the door bell. Yet at 3pm got a text to pick up my parcel from this post office. I went there, it was hard to find for first timer like me coz the signage is up on the cealing and it joined with lotto shop. I was the only one queueing, yet the two staff at the counter did not even making eye contact and busy chatting for a good 3 mins. And many small attitudes that showing the staff have no customer service whatsoever. Hopefully this is the last time I picked up my parcel from this place.
