I came in for passport photos with family. I was spoken to in a rudely manner. The lady replied “better get on with it, don’t have all day” It was her tone and unfriendliness. My family members were shocked! We left talking about how rude some of the staff have been towards us other times. We’ve decided never to do business here again. Disgusted!!

It looks like I am not the only one to be talked to in a very rude manner. I lined up and waited. A lady finished serving someone so I approached standing 10 feet away hoping to ask a question. The lady behind the counter said rudely and as if talking to a child DID YOU APPROACH ME WITHOUT ME CALLING YOU! Then told me I was in the wrong line, well that's what I wanted to know. This nearly reduced me to tears. It's really not ok to talk to customers like this. The person who did serve me was professional.

I come here multiple times a week & every single time receive great service. For some it is hard to understand, especially those who have never worked in customer service that even though they are there to help you, you have to treat others with respect to receive it. A little empathy and patience goes a long way, especially with the fact that there is a huge influx of customers specifically at post offices due to people now being able to travel & wanting their passports renewed etc. Often times even if there is a line out the door, they work so efficiently that you will wait 5-10 minutes maximum. Being grumpy and staunching the workers/muttering rude things under your breath will not make the line go any quicker😁 I don’t know the name but there is a blonde lady who often hangs around the queue & self service stations to assist customers that is so helpful and kind, + manages to always have a smile on her face even with the grumpy bums. Keep up the great work everyone!

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! Very unpleasant going there and be mistreated by a lady who wasn’t very interested in helping me at all, and it happened to me not even once, but twice there. The place is not kids friendly at all, staff isn’t prepared to see you with a lil one if you have to bring your child there, you better think twice. Went there for a quick service and felt like they were rushing me to get it done as quickly as possible…. They just want you gone idk why, I’d give it zero stars if I had this option. Very disappointing experience!

Well seems I am not the only one have bad experience in this post office. This is my local post office and unfortunately I have to go there to pick up my parcal but other than that, I will try my best to avoid being served by those rude, arrogant, ignorant stuff. I have to agree with all the other comments, those women are terrible and look down on you. I went to do the passport and the way they speak to you is so rude and condescending. Like you are retarded. Also I notice some people have nice experience there and i am not surprised as i do see them smile at some customers and being nice when they want to. But they treat you differently if you have different looks or colours. And it is not only 1 staff doing that, the majority of them are rude ignorance rascist. I do have to give credit to the manager there which is a man and an Irish woman who are nice and smile to customers.

Rude and incompetent. Usually go to the fast and friendly Quinn’s rocks post office but had to go here for an identity verification. Waited 20 minutes in a line only to be told I had to line up in another line which was for forms only - there is absolutely no signage to suggest this.

Appalling customer service. Absolutely shocking the way that myself and others at the time were spoken to by various staff members. The staff were making jokes behind the counter and laughing “is it not 5oclock yet”, “I’m getting all the bad jobs today give me the working with childrens checks for the rest of the day”. I was totally embarrassed by the way the lady was shouting at me for having the “wrong ID documents” I was adamant that I had the correct documents as stated on Australian post document infront of me at the time, only for staff member to check with the manger and realise that she was wrong with no apology. Completely and utterly unprofessional, rude, unapproachable and an embarrassment to Australian post. Will travel further afield next time if u need postal office services.

Well we found customer service was great other than customer line extended to the entry. What is needed is larger facilities with more service counters. One employee even met customers in the line to discuss their needs to speed things along

Terrible customer service. Me and my family went there for passport application lodgement, and there’s one small part that we didn’t fill in as we thought it wasn’t necessary. Then a staff who served us suddenly got angry somehow and was yelling at us say if we can’t understand English just get a translator or something... Very disappointed with that lady’s manner but thanks for uploading the application for us.

Very disappointed in the service here. After giving 110 points for my WWCC, I was turned back to give proof of change of name i.e marriage certificate when my DL clearly shows my married name! Went to another post office that didn't request for it at all. I thought a DL with my married name is enough, surely the DOT confirmed my change of name hence issued me a new DL!

This PO is a Landgate agent for changes to property titles - very important documents. The Branch Manager served us and seemed efficient until we got a call at home a few days later to say that they couldn’t find the identity documents that they supposedly photocopied? Could we come back in so they could photocopy more! There was no apology. I don’t normally write reviews but this was too important.

Terrible. Received an email saying that my parcel had been sent to Clarkson Post office, called Australia post to confirm that with a letter and a photo of my own ID that my mother would be able to pick it up on my behalf - they confirmed this would be all good. Mother went in and was treated disgracefully. They refused to give my parcel to her, even though the process had been confirmed. They also refused to speak to me on the phone, told her the only way that I could get the parcel is if I came in with the card. So now the parcel that I needed by tomorrow won’t be able to get picked up until Saturday!!! 😡

Some of the rudest staff I have met in my life. You realise they know they are doing something wrong when after they yell at their customers they are refusing to give out their names. When I asked then for a manager so I can follow it up, it turns out that the person who was so unhelpful, so rude and was yelling so everyone can hear her WAS the manager, "Janece". I will be following up with a formal complaint to Australia Post, and hope she will look back and realise how badly she treated some people who were looking for some help and guidance. Shame on you, Janece, for yelling for no reason at me.

Do not go here for your passport photos!!! Got one done at local pharmacy which was perfect only to be told by Post office staff member it was not good enough. Post office photo was horrendous but she only wanted my money. Bullied into having another one done!! bad service and shame on you Clarkson post office for taking advantage when you have no authority to reject these photos based on your self serving agenda.. No wonder you have a 2 star rating...
