Post office staff are too busy caught up worrying about ‘do not touch’, ‘do not do this’, yet they do all they say not to do, rules, rules rules, mans laws, not Gods way. Sadly the staff are very are rude, unfriendly and offer appalling service. Disappointing for a small town to have a prominent business front with such unapproachable staff. Town needs people who are willing to serve, be hospitable and helpful.

I just had a female postie from Cowes Post Office branch literally “throw” my large parcel at my GLASS front door, my baby was in his electric swing sleeping at the time’ it startled him awake crying & even made me jump. I opened the door & said excuse me, why did you just “Throw” my parcel at my glass door? in a calm manner, she immediately became “defensive” bordering on hostile & stated, No I didn’t, I said yes you did! & there’s video proof! She shakes her head & said- “I’m too busy for your crap” then proceeded to storm off & get on her bike & ride away. I’m absolutely disgusted, I’m a fair & polite person’ & I was absolutely shocked by the absolute hostility & damage to property.

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I live in Cowes and would rather drive to the San Remo post office than be treated the utterly deplorable way customers are consistently treated at this store.
