Used to be very friendly place.. New owners need to work on P.R., I used to pay certain bill there. I only needed to pay every 3 years, paid the bill multiple times, during the last 3 years the new owner took over and the company had stopped allowing post office payments. Instead of nicely telling me, the owner ranted & raved & got so angry he was sweating, shaking, he was at snapping point.

Walked in and no one was there called out hello a few time no answer on the 4th time I got a answer saying I.l be with you in a second. So I waited for 5min and still he didn't come out I was already waiting 10min before so I walked out. I know his got a disability but he need to be part time and need some one who's better for the place. As the ATM has closed down there need to be more people on. not happy.

It’s honestly beyond astounding to me the level of consistency with which Australia post employees are (at this store and across the company) unhelpful, unsympathetic, unprofessional, and incompetent. How it is a first world country like Australia has a postal service of such bottom-of-the-barrel abilities and assets is a mystery for the ages, but I recommend the investigation into it begin here—the least helpful, least sympathetic, least professional, and least competent Australia Post outlet in Victoria—maybe in the whole country.

Hopeless service. They are rude, they look completely disinterested and have no idea. I've been charged different amounts for sending exactly the same size and weight package. The words "Please" and "Thank you" don't exist there.

The person got disibilidi some of the comments are horrible we lucky to have someone with disibidisa contributing to the society I have come from Pakistan and to be honest Australian have no respect for disible people what's so ever be patient be nice be instead people leaving horrible comments I have had the same issue in this post office but I have still have 1000 time more respect for this guy then the guy works in the other psot office good on ya mate keep up the good work people need to learn about Islam or become Muslim to have hope and respect for humanity I got to be honest here
