Australia post is nothing short of a disgrace. I paid $133 for express post. My item has been at Melbourne airport for more than 36hrs. It was coming from Sydney!! Why did it need to go to Melbourne. Isn’t there any direct flights to Perth?? Also, why has it been sitting in Melbourne for 36hrs?? Try contacting aust post. No such thing as a real person to talk to. You guys are embarrassing.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. I took my partner here to get photos taken and the all of the staff seemed kind and helpful although the busy Christmas season. Especially the lady who took my partners photo was very patient as my partner is a bit choosy etc. sorry I didn’t catch her name but thank you!

Had a lovely experience today, listened to a cashier mock an intellectually disabled man after he was excited to receive a package instore, the worker then proceeded to joke about said man to the next customer in line, I've said it before and ill say it again, auspost is hands down the worst business in Australia, id rather send my money to isis than give it to you troglodytes.

If I could give Zero stars I would!! The service there is appalling. Staff clearly hate their jobs. I understand working in a post office isn’t the most exciting job in the world but that’s no need to take it out on the customers. Going to pick up a parcel is like being interrogated by the police. Staff have an unrealistic heightened sense of importance. Relax It’s just a post office!!

Same as another review. The old man is very RUDE. Even you talk to him by respect but he will be RUDE to you anyway. He is an owner or manager. I hope he can see all the reviews that customers leave it about him. I been there with fully respect. I sew him 3 times since we moved to Ellenbrook and he been RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! Other than this all the staffs very nice and polite they look after customers very well. I love them.Just Everytime i been there I always wish I don’t have to see the Rude Old man.

Absolutely horrible experience. The old man at the passport station is unnecessarily rude. Pathetic excuses not to process our request after getting us to come back twice - went to another post office and the passport got processed straightaway with no hassle. Never going back to this post office (will drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to another Aus Post instead) due to the disgusting customer service and wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially for processing passports.

I booked an appt to renew my passport and when I arrived I was told they didn't have the stock to print the photo on, and that my chances of being fit in today once restocked was low as they had other peoples appt from this morning they were prioritising. Would've been nice if they had either contacted me about their problem or had just done their job and monitored stock from the beginning. Either way this has inconvenienced me and I don't not recommend the Ellenbrook Post Office to anyone.

The people there are rude. The older guy in the red shirt. Needs re training. The whole team have no smile and seem like they don't like there jobs. The older guy guessing he is the manager - Dale. Not helpful and have no patience to treat people. Watched him treat someone rudely today. Poor person walked out extremely unhappy. Shame on you. Didn't even apologise. Got angry and pretty much dismissed them.

The manager (older guy) is extremely rude. They couldn‘t manage to print of a passport sized photo for my citizenship application that conformed to the requirement. When I complained, he said no one ever had an issue with it - essentially telling me to believe him instead of an official Australian government document. Horrible customer service.

I have never actually visited this post office. I had a parcel lodged there by a friend Friday 25th September 2020 to be sent to SA and its still sitting at that same spot today Saturday 3rd October 2020 so I'm going to go ahead and assume these guys couldn't organise a good root in a brothel.

I went in today with my husband to collect a parcel with 2 parcel slips for him and my mother. I was told that my mother's parcel had been delivered, which was not accurate, I was showed a signature on the computer screen which I stated was not hers and again I was told I was incorrect and she must have collected it and rudely dismissed and the parcel slip was not returned. I returned 2 hours later with my mother asking about her package, she asked for her parcel slip back as she rang aus post and was told they wouldn't be able to find it without a tracking number (which was only available on the slip). The man working literally THREW a pen at her and was so rude and said ' yep we'll just dig through the rubbish to get your number' and rolled his eyes at us. We asked him not to be rude, we had waited in line like everyone else, we had come in twice in one day to rectify his mistake after refusing to listen to me earlier in the day and all he could say was "can't you see we're busy'. We felt disregarded, belittled and basically forced out of the store. So rude and aggressive to two women just looking for their package on CHRISTMAS EVE. We didn't deserve to be treated like that, and even after all that belittlement from the employee we didn't get a call at the end of the day with our parcel number as promised. I just can't believe the disrespect and blatant rudeness we experienced over something so small and which wasn't our fault in the first place.

I popped in to this outlet yesterday afternoon for a simple transaction and was served by an absolutely charming and happy young gentlemen. I have no complaints whatsoever, perfect customer service. Yes it does get busy but it's a small outlet servicing a large suburb with no close alternatives. I think they do a great job.

They only open from 9am to 5pm. I work normal hours and don't work near Ellenbrook. The only time I could pick up my stuff is when I take time off work. Unless they change their opening hours it will be extremely difficult for people like us to pick up our parcels. Of course, they don't seem to care.

I would not have these people represent such an important service and make a mockery of Aus Post. I have made a formal complaint against them and hope to see some action taken. Especially since I am clearly just one of many unimpressed customers.

I wonder how I can get my parcels delivered by a competent Post Office. This post office definitely isn't competent. Very slack, no customer service skills. Acts like they are doing us a favour, when all they are doing is their job, what they are paid to do. Also if you want to have a parcel delivered and you aren't home at the time, send it elsewhere. This post office are strictly 9 - 5 Mon - Fri. So if you work normal 9 - 5 hours as many of us do, there will be no way of collecting your parcel. Most customer friendly post offices will have collection times which are more convenient to the end user. Not this place. They will act like they are above you. I really hope I don't have to attend this post office again.

Often a long wait just to pick up a parcel etc which only takes 30 seconds once you're at the counter.. Maybe needs a dedicated parcel pickup counter to streamline that process. Staff always very helpful though.

The worst experience I have ever had with a post office period. Without a doubt should have their staff retrained and taught how to deal appropriately with customers. They lost my package and then tried to make it my problem and then the dick who I assume manages the shop began to yell at me and be the most rude person I have come across.. I recommend NEVER using this shop.

Went in recently to post something off to America wasn’t asked where the item was getting shipped the front desk just assumed it was going somewhere within Australia. After paying for my package to be shipped I was told “oh it’s going to America, that’ll be a different cost and a different shipping bag” I wasn’t informed and when I asked for a refund to be done on my card they refunded me in cash. I was then served by a very unfriendly, miserable woman called “Jodie” she had the nerve to tell me that I should get off my phone and was incredibly rude to me. I will never return to this post office ever again. Incompetent and unprofessional and always unpleasant service! They need new people in management

Service is absolutely rubbish... 99% of the time the delivery driver wont deliver. I have LITERALLY, I mean LITERALLY waited right behind my door for a delivery when I saw the truck coming up the road and the delivery guy has just left a card without knocking and run back to his van. By the time I realized that he had already come by I went out side and ran after him up the street because the order was important and urgent. So in the end I had to wait until the next business day before I could go into the post office with the delivery card and pick up my order, and in this case I had work and so couldn't get it until after I actually needed the item I had ordered in the first place. On another occasion I have done the same and this time heard a knock, I sprinted to the door and was there with to door open in under 5 seconds. When I opened the door he was already in his truck driving up the road. He saw me, smiled and waved. There have been other times I have had to go into Australia post Ellenbrook for other service and I am always being "interrogated" by their staff. I realize there are legal reasons behind what they do, but they lack the people skills to make anyone feel comfortable. The biggest issue is the crazy delivery driver. I know his face, he is asian. Aside from him their other delivery drivers have been great, but I haven't seen them in quite some time.

Lovely and friendly efficient staff. So nice to see the local community working here and being supported in jobs in the community. I also know that the drivers who deliver parcels have nothing to do with this business. Those drivers are employed by corporate office. Thankyou to the local workers for fixing all of the drivers errors.

I been here a few time just to see if the person I dealt with was just having a bad day the first time but now If I could honestly give this post office 0 star I would, the customer service is terrible. I went in to collect a parcel 3 times over 2 days, in the 3rd time trying to collect my parcel the women behind the counter laughed at me and said "well this is actually your fault not ours, you should have been home". Because this is the only post office in the area people have to use it but I think if there was another post office nobody would use this place
