If I could give 6 stars I would How refreshing is it to visit an auspost where the owner is competent and friendly and patient and gives simple instructions. I got terrified by the Westfield Burwood Auspost reviews, so I came here. Will be back again for future endeavours

This post office is a local gem and it’s always a pleasure to pop in! I have a PO box here and my packages are well managed. Sonal is incredibly friendly and helpful and I'm consistently happy with my experiences here. To top it all off she recently took the best passport photo I've ever had taken.

I came in to renew a passport and take photos, and unfortunately for everyone else nearby, my 2 year old was in tow. Despite this, the customer service we received was excellent. Attentive, prompt, and considerate of the mini human tornado that was forming in the toy section. He was offered a lollipop and engaged in rigorous discussion about fire trucks. Consider this five stars from both of us.

I wouldn't usually review a post office, but the team at this one are the best. The owner is absolutely lovely, and I love observing her interactions with anyone who comes in while I am waiting in line. They were also very accommodating when I was interstate and couldn't make it in for one of my deliveries within a reasonable timeframe.

I never really leave reviews but this new owner is just beyond amazing. She located my parcel that only had my unit number and no street name. She is always so efficient and friendly to everyone. I’m not sure I can find the same kind of service anywhere else. I live in Strathfield but my parcels gets sent to her in Enfield. It is a bit of a hassle to retrieve the parcels by car but I don’t mind at all as it’s always pleasant going into her post office. It’s rare to see someone who loves their job and is good at it at the same time! 5 SUPER stars for sure!

They close at 11am on Saturday and close at 5 during the week if you have a package routed here good luck retrieving it if you work.

I’ve since moved form the area and I still travel to Enfield Post Office because of the outstanding service!

Terrible service. Waited in A queue for 15 minutes with my 93 year old grandmother who wanted to withdraw money and pay her bills only to be told that we couldn’t be served because there were too many people waiting and what she wanted to do would take too long.

Arrived at 11am on 17/07/2021 to post a parcel and then set up multiple PO Boxes for my staff who live in the area. I’ve been doing my best to support this small business for about 2 years ever since the owner gave me his business card and asked for support. Today I was treated rudely when trying to post a parcel. Very unfriendly. Being moved from one area to another area. He started shouting for some reason I just left the box with him and left the store. (Thanks for the free card) This LPO is not suitable for business users. Very small. No room to write on any parcels. No stationery. Terrible service. I wouldn’t feel comfortable with my staff going there for their PO Boxes. I tried to support small business but not worthwhile anymore. I went to Strathfield post office instead and sent my parcel and opened 5 PO Boxes in under 20mins. Much better service there.

Office is located with convinence of parking on Liverpool Road as well as on side streets. Please walk in and experience the difference.

HORRIBLE there's this old lady that is just so RUDE i go into the store and immediately I see slow and horrible customer service. I go in there to take a photo but apparently only that she knows how to take it but she was already off so there was no way to take the photo. Left the store very disappointed should've just gone to a different one (even though this one's the closest). Hope I never have to go to that PO EVER again
