Nice greeting, picked up a letter, didn't know the process of picking for someone else and all the sudden a change of attitude. If someone doesn't know your process, it doesn't hurt to explain it nicely. I know you work in customer service but you dont need to have a short fuse all the time.

Staff is incredibly rude. I am unsure if they are just grumpy people or absolutely racist. I do not recommend to anyone to go there. And I strongly suggest Australia post to look into the competences of the manager and other people working there.

Only giving four stars because of the inconvenient hours for people working from 9 to 5. They could at least attempt to extend their hours during the week or stay open on Saturday like surrounding post offices. Otherwise haven't had any issues with staff or parcel pickup.

lol at the review below mine.. "had a moment" "felt joy" "awesome experience" - 4 stars haha god only knows what she needs from a post office to give 5 stars. Anyway, you lose two stars for not being open past 5pm and not open on weekends. You think you're a bank but banks have ATMs.

Only open until 5pm and no weekends. Every other post shop in area opens Saturday morning. Staff are rude when you are late picking up package due to their inflexible hours

Not open on weekends is very poor customer service , i changed my parcel collect to Flinders Park which is open on Saturday and your STILL sending my parcels to the Findon Post Office. I work during Business hours! THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Annoying that post office is not open on Saturdays. Most packages aren't left at home.. So how does a full time worker pick-up packages without taking the day off? Could even open late on a week day as a compromise.
