Recently I purchased an item from Victoria it was supposedly to take 3-7 business days? Was held up at Hoppers Crossing DC tracking hadn’t moved in over 9 days? Thinking it was lost had caused me so much stress and anxiety! I decided to visit my local PO to ask for advice….. Ladies from Figtree tracked my item down had it moved to Sydney! I cannot thank these ladies enough from this small PO as they went above & beyond to get my parcel to me in time for my Daughters wedding! Great job at Figtree PO

All staff at this Australia post are so rude terrible customer service especially the manager very unprofessional yelling out in the store. Everytime I come here I am treated poorly. But One older lady is very lovely only one that is nice

Unfortunately this is the closest post office to us. Staff are consistently rude and unhelpful. Today we tried to return a defective item to a company using return authorisation. Despite the item being in a sturdy box they tried to make us buy a bag. Instead took the item home, printed out the labels ourselves and took to a different physical post office. No issues with the second attempt.

A ridiculous delivery arrived in front of my GARAGE today. It’s expensive armchairs inside the box. As I said in the delivery to leave the box in front of the house main door not in front of the garage! Today absolutely raining a whole day! Why the courier have no responsibility to put the box in the safety place! I even didn’t get notifications either from STARTRECK Unanderra! Please Australia post, don’t transfer the package to this company! Otherwise customer product will damage! What the heck the courier leave my package in front of open garage! Luckily my neighbor put umbrella on the top of it! Otherwise my armchair will damage!

I agree with all the other feedback below. Unfortunately the staff are indeed 'unhelpful' and 'uninterested'. I was sending an express parcel with legal paperwork. The staff member asked me if I wanted it 'sign when recieved', I said 'yes that sounds good' before realising that the address had no recipient only a 'locked bag'. I asked if that was a problem", ie. maybe there would be nobody available to sign for it. She said "well I have already printed it" (and attached the sticker). I said that 'i would pay for that irrelevant" (and any other cost she decided i owed), I was only wanting to know if it would be recieved properly (or maybe I just start over and redo it without). I appologised (why i dont know) and explained that i "am not a postal worker, and i do not know the systems". But i gave up after continued rude, argumentative and unhelpful responses (she couldn't care less, and possibly didn't know the answer herself nor care to find out). In the end i told her that i would like to pay and leave please. Now i am unsure if my important legal paperwork will arrive, and be recieved quickly as planned (and as payed for). Because i now feel that Australia Post cannot be trusted with important jobs, I will now set a reminder and try to follow this up on Tuesday with the recipients. In future I will drive elswere and will never again do business with Australia Post 'Figtree'

I was compelled to write a reivew after seeing many negative reviews when looking up their Saturday opening hours. Gotta say I was surprised at the feeback, as I go there a lot with my daughter to post or collect post and the ladies have always been consistently welcoming, helpful and acknowledging. Maybe they have newer staff or something has inspired them to feel re-engaged with their work during these rather challenging times. I am grateful they have always been a happy in-person interaction in my otherwise largely online world in recent times. Thanks.

I also wouldn't usually rate a post office but I don't understand what all the negative reviews are about? I've been going here for over 9 months now and the staff have always been nice. They offer all the services expected at an Auspost. Gets pretty busy sometimes but so does Figtree Grove in general.

If i could leave a no star rating, i would. the customer service here is absolutely disgusting. if you can’t be nice or treat customers nicely, don’t work in customer service. these horrible staff members result in customers not returning, which is not what you should want for you business. the lady with the short blonde hair, who wears glasses, treated us with the worst customer service we have ever experienced. she was rude, unhelpful and had an attitude. she said her name was “marie”, but not sure how truthful that is. she should not have a job in customer service. honestly don’t waste your time going here, there are so many lovely workers in other australia post stores, going to this one will just ruin you day.

Horrible customer service, it's a shame that a few nasty employees have to bring the name of some very lovely staff down. I've had some very pleasant interactions in here yet the same staff member is constantly rude to customers. Next time I'll be getting a name for a formal complaint. I am fed up with being treated poorly by the same woman.

I concur with all the other reviews. The two individuals working at the post office today were absolutely miserable and the lacked the desire to show any interest in their customers. I post this as on the off chance I have to use the postal service in the area, there seems to be this sort of consistency. 2 stars as I realise my past experiences my mail I have either received or delivered has been intact

While I was being served by a lovely staff member. Another staff member walked over to another staff member and started belittling and speaking to the staff member in an abrupt manner about a passport photo, in front of me a customer. This is so unprofessional and you never should speak down to another team member in front of other staff member and customers. This is a form of bullying in the work place and if I was the team member been spoken to in that tone I would take the matter further.

Horrible, rude staff. One of the staff members argued with me about something I was correct about. When she finally understood that she was in the wrong, I didn't even get an apology, she just said "you're right, I'll fix it up" and walked off.

This is the second time I have been to this facility. The staff have been okay with me, not unpleasant, but also not very helpful. I apparently was not in the appropriate line at one point and they told me to go to the back of the "official" line (there was nothing posted to indicate where someone should queue. This last visit, I was told by Georgia on the phone that I would not be charged for a service (certifying a document) but when I got to the post office I was told it would be $5. All-in-all, you'll probably get your mail, but don't expect a great experience.
