Often have parcels delivered here and haven't had an issue, but lately have been finding they're getting held in the store instead of putting in the Parcel Locker as requested. And instead of putting inside next available Parcel Locker they hold onto it. I work the hours that they're open, which means I have to find time in my working day to drive here and collect it as opposed to picking it up at my convenience. Also takes ages inside the store for them to find the parcels.

I was disgusted with the older red head lady that works in this office. I came in to submit daughters passport and was served by a lovely gentleman whom she roused on in front of her other colleagues and a room full of customers. Apparently only 1 passport can be processed at a time if there are only 3 staff members but that is no reason to Humiliate your employees and yourself with that public display. I hope this lady is not the manager!

Takes a full day for them to put the parcel collection card in your PO box. Frequent long waits just to be told they can't (read: won't) help you. Some staff are lovely but I always seem to have the misfortune of getting the few nasty staff members that somehow still work there.

This is honestly the WORST post office, I hate it when my parcels are dropped off here. It's difficult to get to as it's located on a busy street without sufficient parking and only open business hours mon-fri. Anyone who works full time will need to take time off because at lunch time the line is out the door and I've waited up to 45mins just to collect a parcel. Even worse though, the staff are exceptionally rude and unwilling to help. Customer service, 0 stars. What a joke.
