DO NOT recommend it!!! Worst customer service ever!!! The delivery company that can not complete one delivery... The guy that works delivering around Bondi must be the worst staff ever, every time that I have something being delivered to my house I have to do the pick up at the post office because the driver is not able to find my HOUSE!!! How someone can not find a house?!?! I am not sure if someone in the whole country gets their stuff delivered to their place or if all of us have to go there to do the pickup.

New management is great!! I needed to get identification sent for a bank card and they were so helpful in getting it filled out and sent, went beyond what they needed to. They've also been great with pick-ups on parcels the few times I've had to pick things up.

Always a line and a bit hit and miss at times on service but the new team are usually friendly and it’s better to use this location than the Post Office on Hall St as there is a thief working in the Hall St Post Office who stole a high value item I was sending for repair. Be patient and wait in the queue here rather than going to Hall St and having your stuff stolen and the thief protected by AusPost.

Was there last week and I must say I was really impressed with some top class customer service. The best part is that not only they are polite and courteous, but are equally quick in their work. I had multiple things to do (sending a parcel, buying stationery, pay a bill , buy stamps & e-gift card) and it was all done in under 2 minutes which was commendable. I firmly believe the owners are surely building some great customer loyalty with their excellent work. I understand this is a new management as they are miles ahead in their services as compared to the previous one.
