Terrible experience with the older woman manager. I came here to lodge an issue about an expensive item which was damaged by Australia Post. I dealt with the woman manager who was extremely rude and condescending like other reviewers have mentioned. She was also out of date/incorrect with processes and procedures and decided to 'hold' the item whilst the damage was investigated. She assured me the item would be safe and I'd receive it back in a few days. Fast track a few months of back and forth and countless excuses and I finally received a very small compensation about 1/10 the items worth. I went to the store to collect the item and the manager refused to give it to me. She said she was going to destroy it so I wouldn't be able to 'try and claim another refund from a different store'..... At this stage I just contacted head office which I should of done earlier and the item was safely returned to me, they were just as surprised as I was with the managers behavior. Absolutely ridiculous, time consuming and highly stressful dealing with such an incompetent sociopath.
