The woman who runs/owns this post office is a giant cow. She is so rude and unprofessional I would never step foot in there again. After insulting you she will call after you to “have a nice day”. She should not be customer facing. The staff in Manjimup are delightful and helpful.

Disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from the NEW STAFF @ BOYUP BROOK POST OFFICE. Asked if I could leave my phone number with them if it's possible to call me when my urgent medication arrives, the reply was "do you enjoy being called at 6am? Cause that's when I'll ring you if I can even find it" In frustration and insulted with their tone and blatant disregard and disrespect straight off the bat I started to leave to which she yelled me out the door saying HAVE A GOOD DAAAAY - extremely sarcastic. You'll be reported to Australia Post for your unprofessional and insulting behaviour.
