They don’t deserve one star. I met a short blonde lady who was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL towards me who couldn’t care less about my business there. Why is she working there I don’t know. I will never go there again. They have so many bad reviews and there are a lot of people in the community that don’t want this owner here. Beware of their poor attitude. Go elsewhere

I'm surprised by some of the comments on here and wonder if they are not backdated and about the previous owners? I use this Post Office often for parcels, etc and I have found the team nothing but GREAT and polite. The old owners were rude and so bad that I would travel to Burwood to use Australia Post. But the team here are great and on a number of occasions have gone far and beyond what would be reasonably expected in customer service.

Don't expect friendly service here! Beware of blonde haired customer service persons. Unless, you enjoy chilly, cold, unfriendly service! She obviously did not want to be there! Only get 1 star rating and the 1 star is for the convenience of it being a post office!

This is a PO withina news agency. they have cut theri hours back to 9-5 so you cant pick up your parcels etc. Staff are rude, last comment was "fine don't come here" OK - I wont. And I recommend everyone else does the same.

I have just went here today to get a couple signature signed but i was met with a staff with the most arrogant and stubborn personality. Be wary of a chinese male staff as he completely ruined my day. Dont waste your time here and go to another post office for your own good.

I always get my parcels dropped off there. Been a few years now still as good as ever. Best thing is they open long hours and operate on Saturday too. Once I had an extra large parcel and had my bub with me so they were extra helpful and allowed me to drive my car to the back door. The lovely gentleman carried it into my car for me.

Very helpful in providing cost effective options for return of goods to China. In addition to the comprehensive range of Local Post Office products and services, they are also the local newsagency providing newspapers, magazines, cards, gifts etc. They are also agents for Tattslotto.

tried to Charge for a reply paid account post !! when i noted that, he was like we ll sent it, leave it with us, i said i need proof that i sent it, he says take a photo ! what a F-ing owner. Other staff is usually fine

ARROGRANT, RUDE and RACIST owner - Used to offer good service until it was bought over - I have been a customer for more than 5 years. Service offered by owner is dependent on your skin colour. The persons in front of me were white and they were served respectfully and patiently. When it came to my turn, I was actually asked to LEAVE and COME BACK at his SPECIFIED TIME. WHAT!? How come I had to wait patiently before and none of the people before were asked to come back later? I waited for 10 minutes in the queue and when it was my turn, I was asked to come back!!! He said that the shop is busy as there is a queue. Okay, but you did not said that to the people in front who are all white.Then, when I show him the form, he changed his mind and actually said "I get $40 for this"!!! So, are you saying that because you get more money for 10 minutes of work, you are willing to serve me? Review should have been 0 star - forced to put in 1 star

Arrived 7am to get land title verification of identity done, staff said 8am we can do this when the manager arrived. Returned 8am only for the manager to state they are unable to do this until 9am but usually done with booking an appointment. Don't see why the manager did not train the staff member about simple procedures like so. Manager was NOT helpful in anyway except for stating that "there's no point in arguing" after we brought up the issue of his staff member lacking simple training.

Unfriendly and inexperienced! Went for passport pictures, the guy didn’t even show us the review in the camera prior to loading in the system. The background is soo poor with downlights creating highlights at wrong places and shadows. Did not even slice the pictures until I asked for it and then uneven cuts. Came home to see these are not even focussed! I want my money back !

I have been waiting for my parcel the whole day long at home and a parcel collection card was left at my front door with the message saying 'unable to be left at a safe place'...firstly, no attempt has been made in just ringing the door bell, secondly, this is the only time EVER that my front door is identified as an 'unsafe place'. I suspect that my parcel was not being attempted to deliver at all but waiting for me to collect it myself...last but not the least, the phone number recommended was unreacheable.

Terrible services as I received the collection card said can pick up 7-6pm, I went there at 5 and there is a customer still there, they not allow me to go in and said it’s closed. I said I just collect this from my house and go straight there and the old lady and guy said NO. The guy even video my childrens and said will post on to YouTube. I called the police and already reported as they threatened to my childrens. That’s really terrible I never experienced before.

A Particular staff member is extremely rude. Some of the other staff are wonderful and very helpful. I try to avoid the rude staff member as she seems to resent everyone she deals with. Does it ever occur to her that the customers are what keeps her employed.

The staff is so rude and unreliable! Twice they sold me a packet saying it's the right size and weight then they fought amoung themselves when they realised they were wrong and made me pay for both. If you don't know what you're doing or make me seal the wrong package bag its your fault! You cannot make a customer pay!
