Despite being home at the time of delivery, my parcels are regularly taken to the post office and I am left with a card which says 'unble to deliver'. This means that I have to drive a 20 minute round trip into Blackwood to collect my parcels. Most of the time these days, a parcel card isn't even left! I just have to guess that a parcel is ready to collect or constantly check the app. Not good enough.

The worst post office experience I have ever encountered. I went to lodge a passport application and they were useless, they told me my online application details were wrong and instead of helping out they told me to go away and do it again. I phoned the passport office and they they said I need to fill out a form at the post office.

Really unimpressed with the new staff serving in the post/shop area. They’ve changed the staff this year and they are nowhere near as good as the ladies who’ve worked there over the last few years, and who are now working in the back instead for some bizarre reason. I don’t understand why they’ve swapped, those ladies were amazing. Going into the post office was a good experience previously, recently I have started hating to have to go in at all. Now all the staff in the store are rude and act like you should be happy that they’d stoop to helping you in anyway at all. There’s literally a sign in the shop asking customers to please treat staff with respect, but it seems okay for the staff to have an attitude with the customers. Especially the woman with the short spiky hair. It’s such a negative experience now, I just don’t understand why they changed it up. They worked so damn well as a team before. PLEASE SWAP THEM BACK!🙏

I have been to this post office many times as it is convenient but due to the terrible unfriendly staff I now drive out of my way to go to another.

No parking. You have to steal a park from the shopping centre behind. Their customer services officers and very helpful and provide a lovely customer experience. However they are woefully understaffed. Combine these two together and you get lines out the door on a "quiet" Monday afternoon.

Another poor auspost experience to a long line of poor experiences with no end in sight. The poor staff, they deserve a better system. Updated to 1 star. Reminder in the mail to pick up a parcel, tuens out I picked it up a week ago. This wastes both our lives.

In self isolation lockdown so I decided to order online. We're home all 3 of us every day but we've been carded to pickup the parcel. Delivery person has decided to skip actual delivery. Extremely inconvenient and not in the spirit of Australia Post's mission to DELIVER to homes not make us go to the post office to pickup our mail.
