Rude two chinese ladies both with glasses. They aren’t very friendly. They don’t even smile at all. They don’t even say Hi or greet you. And I used to go here a lot. When I asked questions about other options I can do to send my parcel (since they said they can’t send it because it’s too big), they both say they don’t know and don’t even try to help me by suggesting other ways. They don’t care at all and act as if they can’t be bothered. Poor customer service. Other people in line heard me and answered me to try and help me! They should have known these things it’s theur line of work. Nothing wrong with being helpful. People here used to be nice what happened to them? This place is nearer to my house but I avoid this place now. I prefer to go to Aus Post in Jackson Court.

Dear Management: I have never had a bad experience at this post office until 24/9/22 at 1030am. I highly recommend you doing an internal investigation with your female staff (the one with the Philippine accent). She is clearly not fit for customer service position. She belittles you, tries to think she's above you, the tone, attitude thst she projects on to you, is not the Australian post standards. Excuse me, but you are here to assist and work for the company, not go on a power trip and exercise your almighty know it all knowledge of the post office. Can you just help and assist us normally like the rest of the staff and the world do? Whatever issue she has personally with herself, or with her family or whatever, she needs to keep it to herself at home in private time. Otherwise your company needs to take appropriate action. She needs a written notice for the attitude she gave to all the people who were served by her today. I witnessed it all, not just to me, but other people waiting and being served. She even failed the passport photo of someone else, then, with her stinky attitude again, basically implied it was her fault the photo wasn't taken properly. I felt sorry for the lady getting her photo taken. Every one else at this post office is nice and polite, especially the asian lady with the glasses. Credit is due for those where due. I recommend you to remove her from that position. She is not suited for it.

I've come here many times since I live nearby and use parcel collection. Basically everytime they've been helpful even when I've had weird enquires. Usually it's pretty busy, but you can get out quickly if you've got the right info.

This site is too busy I keep put note leave my parcel to Boxhill north post office, they never do that. Doncaster post office will spend half to one hr for just pick up a parcel, you have to find car parking then wait long long line. Worst post office in Melbourne!

Adina, one of the Au post doncaster’s employee was really rude and inconsiderate. Pathetic customer service experience. We don’t pay hefty amounts to get this attitude from the staff. Went for an urgent package delivery and came out with sheer disappointment. Nobody’s there to answer customer queries rather their audacity to get mad at customers for not knowing everything on their very first time. Certainly Not recommended .

One lady trying the help me scan the parcel then another ask me to leave because they are going to have lunch break. I explained I just walked in as the door opened. Terrible experience. Went in with a package that had been damaged in transit. The staff member was sceptical and acted as if I had damaged it myself to get a refund. When I finally heard back from AusPost, they had closed the case and refused to pay any damages because the worker at Doncaster determined it wasn't Aus Post's fault. I showed them footage of the postie dropping the package - which they said wasn't proof enough. Like others here, I'd give less than 1 star if I could.

The guy who served me was lovely, and sorted out what I needed, then told me when i was ready to send it to just drop it back with him and he would sort it. I think I received post- post office traumatic stress disorder after visiting today. 35 minutes just to purchase and lodge an express post envelope. No social distancing, queue out the door, no pens available. Not a great experience at all, if I didn’t need to use express post I would use an alternative provider like Sendle or ship-it

Just went to the post office and all the people working there were wearing gloves, not changing them between customers. Here's the thing; a customer brings in a contaminated package to send. The attendant touches that package and the customer goes on their way. The next customer comes in to buy something. The attendant touches it and gives it to the customer. That customer is now potentially contaminated. Different scenario where the attendant sanitises hands instead of wearing gloves: customer brings in the contaminated package and goes on their way. The attendant sanitises their hands, hopefully eliminating bugs on the hands. Next customer comes in to purchase an item. Customer has significantly decreased chance of contracting virus. Also, I saw them wiping benches between customer interactions. This is good but it's not doing anything if you're still wearing those gloves! Gloves are NOT a replacement for good hand hygiene! These gloves are to protect YOU. But they're dangerous to everyone else.

I bought a pet hair remover with laser light in the post office in Doncaster. when tried to use it, found it's broken. it's a faulty product.. so next day I went to see if I can return or exchange. the staff said to me, he can't do anything because manager was not there. and asked me to come after one hour. seriously? are you gonna pay me for one hour just for waiting for your manager? this very disgusting service. the product is only 25 dollars and I am not gonna go back again. I will consider this as a lesson and I will never buy anything in your post office again. it is probably my fault to buy things in your post office. this place doesn't have any customer service.

Avoid this site if possible, I will give minus 5stars if allowed, even postboxes are more useful than them. The manager Ms. Lin. is absolutely ignorant, rude and bossy. I guess that's why this whole store is extremely terrible in service, making this site so unpleasant for every visitor.

Terrible service!! I received a note in my letterbox advising that a parcel has been left at this PO for collection by me after 4pm yesterday (3/3/20). I arrived at 5:55pm and spoke to a young woman who advised me that there was no parcel here for collection. I was told to call a certain number (131318) to check with them. The note left does not have a tracking number! I suggested, nicely, that as I was attending the PO following the advice on the 'you have a parcel' card left at my address, that she ring the number for me a follow it up - she refused and stated fairly bluntly that it was for me to do that!!!! I am still trying to locate my parcel.
