I am beyond tired of the rude and unprofessional attitude of the staff at Cygnet LPO. I literally dread going in there. Pretty much every day I go in there with my hands full of parcels to post for my e-commerce business. And just about every day, they make snide remarks to me, everything from ānot saying excuse meā loud enough to other customers, to not checking in, when I make it clear every time that I check in on my way out. Despite also having been there every day, they still insist on seeing my ID and getting postal cards. The staff there either need to retire or get some customer service training because I am about to lodge a complaint with my Eparcel account manager about their behaviour.
