This post office recently changed owners and it has gone from being a very simple postal outlet, to a lovely, inviting retail outlet, post office and also a place to pay bills, withdraw cash, etc. Well done to the new management.

My experience at the Exeter Australia Post was incredibly unpleasant. I was shocked with how rude the two staff members were, the customer service was appalling. Such a shame as all other businesses in the area are absolutely fantastic. I won’t go back to this post office.

Thoroughly unpleasant people. Like, astoundingly so. Threatened to withold a package that contained insulin. Y'know, the stuff I need TO LIVE. Extremely lippy and just all round rude. Would not recommend, ever. Obviously they're trying to pump up their reviews with the same people too. Typical.
